Not my favorite - Edit
Food wasn't very flavorful. Fries were undercooked as well. The online ordering menu was up on their website but wasn't working. I ended up calling and they weren't even offering delivery. We did end up getting delivery through Uber eats and delivery can always play a part on how food tastes as opposed to eating in the restaurant. It could have been a one off, but it would not be my first choice in the future.

Good vegan Peruvian. Marinated tofu was good. Not many options for vegans so this was nice .

They no longer have the soy meat. However, they have tofu! I got the tofu Saltado and it was delicious. Nice selection of Pisco cocktails as well. They said they can sub tofu or giant corn for the soy meat in the other menu items.

UPDATE: No Vegan Options - Edit
We were excited to try this place given the reviews. When we told the waiter that we were vegan, he went to the back to talk with the owner and kitchen. He returned, saying, they no longer had the soy meat, and that they could not guarantee ANYTHING they made would be vegan and not have bits of meat and egg in it. We left.

Delicious food!! - Edit
Really delicious food!! They did not have any of the soy meat available, only tofu, but it was very flavourful. I asked about vegan dessert & a purple corn based dessert is available, it’s just not listed on the menu. No starter available for vegans. Service was good! Indoor and outdoor seating available. Free parking on the street. Definitely recommend dining here!

Some of the best vegan food in Palm Springs - Edit
Being vegan for over 12 1/2 years, proving and through to something that I have really missed. How many how amazing that there is an authentic Peruvian restaurant in the heart of Palm Springs that serves easily veganized vegetarian menu options. The wait staff are always so helpful and solicitous. Just tell them you’re vegan and they already know that you’ll want the soy meat or tofu but without any of the mayo, cheese or egg added in. The food is so flavorful and the prices are really reasonable, especially when you consider the enormous portion of they serve. So glad to have their delicious food when we come for a visit

What a great find! Full vegetarian section on on the menu, many of which are vegan. The Soy Saltado and Chaufa are not to be missed.
