Indochine Vegan - Edit
Indochine Vegan was fine when I went. Just felt like basic Asian food and I've never been inclined to go back. I had a tofu green bean dish, spring rolls (which I did not like), and a soup. See photos attached.

Good food but long waits - Edit
This place has good Chinese food. I ordered 3 dishes over the phone and then came to pick up. They told me it would be a 1 hour wait so I came after 1 hour to pick up. I waited outside for another hour and half for my food - so it took 2.5 hours. Food was good but I wouldn’t come back here again because of the wait - I prefer the reliability of Golden Era Vegan ir Cha Ya.

Okay - Edit
I'm not a huge fan of processed carbs, so I wouldn't say I'd eat here regularly. But they have an eclectic menu that could satisfy different cravings within a group. The crispy chow fun was interesting but not good as leftovers. The once crispy wide rice noodles clumped together and softened within several hours. The Vietnamese clay pot rice was all right, too.

The Mojito’s and Orange Chicken were AMAZING, but the tempura tuna roll was yucky. Service was friendly and quick! Would go again to try other things!

Everyone enjoyed their dishes and the service was great too! We got potstickers, a caterpillar roll, miso soup, bun hue, Szechuan green beans, and some clay pot rice dish that I forget the name of. I had the green beans and they were so good I am craving them as I write this. Also they had great service with a small staff. While we were there the restaurant was almost full and they were doing steady takeout. The same woman was waiting all of the tables, doing all takeout, manning the cash register and doing certain food prep tasks too. She was amazing! I think there were 2 ( maybe 3?) other people there and the food came out pretty quickly. I was super impressed. I will definitely be back next time I am in the area!!

The Vietnamese-inspired dishes keeps me coming back for more - Edit
I love introducing my friends to vegan restaurants. And even though it was a friend’s farewell lunch, I’m still glad I was able to take him somewhere new.
Read moreStarted with the mango salad, ordered the three mushrooms and green beens and sizzling teriyaki soy beef entrees, and lastly the crispy chow fun. The salad was a highlight—mangoes are in season and so refreshing on a warm day. What I would leave out for next time is the sizzling teriyaki soy beef since it has the same sauce as the crispy chow fun (and the chow fun is way too much fun to eat).
Good way to make room for other dishes because Indochine has an eclectic menu that also offers a variety of things for those willing to explore, from sushi to a tuna sandwich (under a separate Western section). I’ve been here plenty and I’ve always leaned more heavily towards the Vietnamese-inspired dishes which has kept me coming back for more.

Delicious Pan Asian - Edit
Indochine is very much in the vein of Loving Hut and has many of the same menu items you’ll find at the LH location in the Sunset or Golden Era. Expect to see a mix of cuisine styles—everything from Chinese to Vietnamese to Thai to Japanese and even American. However, somehow everything is still quite good and flavorful despite a deliberate specialization.
Read moreThe setting is a little less out of the box than most LH’s and is a nice place to eat-in if you’re in the Mission. On the other hand, Indochine is available for delivery on many platforms so you can still easily access from elsewhere.
While there may be a lot of vegan options in the area, Indochine fills an important all-vegan establishment gap in the city and I hope they continue to be successful.
Pros: Variety of cuisines, Reasonably priced (for SF), Many delivery options

Food is as you’d expect from any Asian casual joint (but all vegan!). You’re guaranteed to get a good feed although it wasn’t anything super special. Their sweet and sour pork was very good.

Service took too long. Portion was smaller than others. Kind of pricey for what you get but it was yummy. They put everyone’s total all on one bill so than you have to figure it all out for yourself if you are splitting

I would rate lower.. - Edit
Update: low rating because of very poor service (understaffed) and mediocre food. went recently and had to wait 30 minutes for first dish to come out. We asked for water which never came (had to get up ourselves to get it). Waiter said Sushi would take 30 minutes - around 55 minutes later we went up to the counter and asked for the sushi - the cook started making it after we inquired about it. I typically don't give such bad ratings for restaurants but this place isn't for me.

Not worth it - Edit
This place seems exciting but after ordering the teriyaki chicken with vegetables it turns out its mostly a texture less pile of oily veggies and a select few pieces of soy protein. My glass was dirty, and the tempura in the sushi roll was soggy. Expensive for something disappointing
