Because everything is home made (we bake crumble, cookies, we make sauces, we make our own gelato and waffles), we offer 12 flavours at the one time. We do however alternate between flavours so that we can continue to surprise our customers and offer them new flavours. Most of the ingredients are biological too as we wish to serve the very best vegan gelato and waffles, made with love for people, animals and our beautiful planet! Seriously some of the best ice cream I’ve had. I treated myself to 3 scoops, hazelnut, pistachio, and pineapple/basil. Loved all of them. The personnel were incredibly friendly as well. My two non-vegan friends also absolutely loved the ice cream (quote: “purée c’est trop bon wesh”). I would honestly come back to Antwerp just to get ice cream from here again (and I will).

A MUST VISIT. My (non-vegan) friend and I were both absolutely blown away by the intense flavors of all the ones we tried- stroopwafels, strawberry cheesecake and amarena (cherry). It tasted like gourmet gelato - so rich and creamy. A few times I had to look down at my ice cream to see if i was actually eating the real foods of waffles and cheesecake! It tastes as if they take the actual food (like strawberry cheesecake) and simply blend it into ice cream. I had so many chunks of that buttery crumble crust, intense cheesecake bits and strawberry topping in every bite.

The owner spent 6 months not only perfecting her flavors before she opened up the store but also worked on how she can have the least amount of negative impact on the environment to create a full concept ice cream shop that makes you feel warm and fuzzy inside to eat there.
Excellent location across from an open park/square area with countless benches if you want to walk somewhere to enjoy your ice cream. Next up we try their waffles -they offer both Brussels and Liege versions.

Everything except for the cakes (these are made at another local business, Vegateau) is homemade. I had a alcohol free gluhwein which was very tasty. My girlfriend had waffle with a scoop of ice cream which were also delicious. Very friendly service who was ready to answer all your questions. You also get a discount if you bring your own cup. Overall very very nice!

Disappointing waffles - Edit
I came here for the vegan waffles (the Liègeois kind, not the Brussels kind), and was very disappointed. The waffles were soft and sort of bland, almost soggy. They lacked the caramelisation and structure of real Liègeois waffles (these are the kind with pieces of sugar in them). I have made them myself, and those were significantly better than these (which is to say: it's not that difficult). Also, the waffles were very expensive, while the ingredients really don't need to be.

Good morning, many thanks for your feedback. I must say I am a bit confused because we have been on holidays since 8th September. So when and where did you eat our waffles? Our waffles are home-made, freshly backed and they are the real deal with pieces of sugar inside. A really Liège waffle is soft and caramelised, not crunchy or hard. Our waffles are also 100% vegan and biological and do not contain preservatives or fake aroma's. They are best eaten fresh, on the spot. The price is very fair for a 100% home-made, plantbased and biological waffle. If you felt something was wrong with the waffle when you were in our shop, why did you not mention it to us immediately? We would most likely have given you another waffle. Instead you feel it neccesary to share your negative feedback on social media, when we have been closed for several days, instead of talking to us in person at the time when you bought the waffle. Delicious vegan ice. Enough variation. I thought at first choosing 3 flavors in a chocolate cup, but after I got the first, I found it big enough to reduce it too 2. Heavenly till the last bite. Nice lady who helped us. The owner it seemed in the end. Had a nice conversation. Enough to say she has a passion for her work. Was a nice last stop before we head back to Rotterdam.

I’m so happy to have found a plant-based ice cream shop! A scoop of creamy ice on a cone is something that I missed in my two years of being vegan. The only “complaint” that I had was the typical non-dairy cream cheese aftertaste of the cheesecake flavour, which I’m not really a fan of. Besides that, I’ll definitely be returning. Cheers!
