Spectacular! - Edit
Staff was really lovely and made us very welcome and comfortable. Ordered the fully vegan and gluten free breakfast, my hubby the tofu burger. Also green smoothie and a Karma Cola. For dessert, the Ferrero pie. Everything was soooo tasty!!! Highly recommended!!! It is in a hidden spot, but so cool.

A bit of a let down - Edit
First time we went the kitchen was closed so we decided to come back the next day. Maybe that created some high expectations on us...? We had the Quarter Pounder Burguer and the Pad Thai Salad. The burger was dry, seemed reheated and even with the hummous was very very bland. The bun was also burned and flaky, so difficult to eat. We noticed others had also ordered and left this burger half eaten, as we did. The staff seemed unconcerned by this clear sign of dislike. The chips were soggy, seemed reheated and came without any sauce. We asked for vinegar but they told us there wasn't any in the kitchen which sounded a bit strange but hey ho. The salad was nice but it could have been tastier.

Dissapointing - Edit
The burgers were ok, but the lentil soup had a burnt flavour, and the cblt sandwich was kind of dry. Had much better sandwiches at the Wildcat in Fort William.

pretty good! - Edit
The menu for this place was pretty small when I went, which was a bit disappointing, but the food was pretty good! I had the jackfruit BBQ sandwich, which I liked, but didn't think it was game-changing. I went there for dinner, but I think it seems like more of a lunch place. I’ve also heard good things about their baked goods and desserts, so I’ll definitely have to go back to try those!

Fab little find - Edit
Just by the bus station down some stairs is this fab little place. Inside was full but we sat out the back in the patio area. Food was served pretty quickly and with a full vegan menu lots of options to try.
Read moreWe chose the pad Thai salad and the Vietnamese burger which were both scrumptious.
Def be coming back here! Well worth a visit.

Excellent lunch spot - Edit
Superb lunch spot whilst visiting Edinburgh. 5 min walk from Calton hill so perfect for a bite to eat after walking around there. Amazing food and great menu and variety. Only 1 small and old bathroom so be prepared to wait. It took 1 hour for us to eat since walking in, plus the soup never arrived before the burger but the lady was very apologetic and offered us dessert. Didn't get 5 stars because of the wait but definitely worth the visit. Indoor only has a few tables so you might need to wait to be seated. Patio has more tables but it's outside. Hard to find on the GPS it has stairs to go down from the actual road. Don't look up for it, look down towards the ground

I stopped in just for dessert. Had their cheesecake and it was pretty bad. The place looked cute though and I’d give it a shot for a meal.

Great vibes - Edit
Pad Thai was really yummy!!! Staff were very friendly and helpful. The organic freshly cut chips were so tasty. However, the vegan CBLT sandwich was really disappointing:( the bread was dry, there was no flavour really. The smoked tempeh was not very good. Definitely would love to see a bit more creativity and flavour put into these sandwiches!!!

A bit disappointed - Edit
Ordered an energizer smoothie and the open BLT. The smoothie tasted great! But i feel the BLT lacked imagination or flavour. The bread was a bit dry with a lettuce leaf, tomato slices, tempeh and some cheese. There was a pot of mayo which helped but i felt for the proce there would be more flavour. It just wasnt easy to eat or palatable.
