Yummy banh mi - Edit
The banh mi at this stall were delicious and lived up to the reputation. Good crispy bread, ingredients a little drier than I’d have liked but yummy flavours and nice addition of peanut. The owner of the stall is lovely and I sat and ate two, watching the world go by. 12,000VND each. I will be back.

Life Saver - Edit
In the past 3 days, my partner and I have eaten 12! We have one each for Brekkie and order a couple more for our adventures on the motorbike. We love getting lost and exploring the small towns and villages surrounding Hoi An and it’s worked out well to feed us in the not-so-vegan-friendly places we end up. We are very grateful for this sweet woman and her delicious banh mi.

Arrived at 10am, only 1 bread roll left, so Madam rode to local bakery so my friend and I could have the most delightful Banh My Chay. Ingredients as listed on a previous review were fresh, subtle and complex. The blend of tofu, mushroom pate and peanuts with fresh herbs was just perfect. 12,000 VND is the current price.
Read moreFinally I saw Madam make up the final 2 rolls and donate them to two street cleaning women.
I left with my stomach and my heart filled.
I will return tomorrow, our last day in Hoi An.
Pros: Authentic, Fresh, Warm hearted owner

Right away, she asked if we ate egg or not. Get the chili, you won’t regret it. Can’t believe the best Banh Mi I’ve ever had was only 75cents. Everything was fresh.

Happy Vegans in Hoi An! - Edit
This Woman saved our second day as she sells delicious vegan Sandwiches; the Soy Milk is the best I ever drank in my life (seriously!) and she was so polite and nice! She wasnt at the spot that is on the map but right around the corner of it. Just look for the sign „vegetarian bread“ (dont panik, it‘s vegan, they just dont know or use the term vegan)
Pros: Vegan, Fresh, Very Friendly
Cons: No Cons!

Best banh my - Edit
This is the best banh my, vegetarian or otherwise I have ever had, after living in Vietnam for 3 years and visiting on many occasions over the years before and since. The bread itself is really light tasty and fresh (not always the case in many street stalls and the mixture of flavours in the filling superb. The only downside is that every other banh my you will have after eating this will seem boring and bland. An added bonus, the lady selling these is absolutely delightful and sets you up for a cheery start to the the day. The cafe on the corner next to the stall was quite happy to let us eat the banh my at their table when we bought a coffee from there. A great find

Best Banh My in Hoi An - Edit

Tasty Unique vegan bread friendly lady - Edit
This is the first time I bought Banh Mi from a street stall. The stall looks clean and well organized. This lady is a fighter, she takes care of her son and sell bread at the same time. Not only that, her sandwich is delicious too. Also remember to try her soy milk .

Delicious and addictive! - Edit
Now living in Hoi An for 4 months, I have been searching for local eats and treats. My landlord (Vietnamese) took me for a local coffee and Banh My. My goodness, I go back everyday now. Simple, tasty, super cheap but be warned...they are addictive!

The food is fresh, delicious, tasty and beautiful. It's run by a very friendly and helpful woman. On full moon days, she makes phở. The price has increased from đ10,000 to đ12,000. Still one of the cheapest and most delicious breakfasts you can have in Hội An.

Hard to find “Chay” Banh Mi’s but she is easy to spot!! Defiantly recommend over the other two, ‘Phuong’ Banh mi’s great flavor. If in Nha Trang try the stand with the same name. Both are delish but different in there own respects
