A small stall that offers vegan bread (banh mi chay) and soy milk. On full moon days (the 1st and 15th of the month) vegan pho (noodle soup) is also offered. Open Mon 9:00am-11:30pm, Tue-Sun 9:00am-8:30pm, Thu-Sun 6:30am-9:30am. Hours reported to be irregular.

Banh “My” goodness - Edit
There are many fine vegan restaurants in Hoi An but sometimes you just want something lighter. Assuming you want to stay true to vegan, this can be hard to do however this modest street stall solves the problem with a great Banh Mi 100% vegan and a very friendly server to match the fantastic taste of the food. We will be back for sure! #Veganuary

There's no menu; they only sell one thing—a vegan banh mi. It's great for a light meal or a snack. Baguette was excellent, super crispy, light and airy. Fillings were tasty, although I felt they could've been a little more generous with them.

I struggle to believe anyone would be disappointed with this. Such good food for 20000 VND. You get every filling in one so every bite is a slightly different flavour profile, the bread is great and the fillings are incredibly flavourful. This could be priced a lot higher and still be a great buy.

Please note I believe now there are 3 of this "chain" stalls and the address on Happy cow of one of them is wrong but if you search on Google you'll find it. Loved it crispy baguette with tasty filling.

Lives up to the hype! - Edit
1000/10, a delicious and traditional combination of flavours with fresh bread that is perfectly crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside. There are 2 locations in Hoi An and some of the addresses online are incorrect, so check the addresses on the wrapping paper (see pic). We’re already planning on coming back tomorrow!
