rude, awful service - Edit
when we arrived, the rude host yelled at us, "15 minutes!", instead of "welcome" or "hello". there were tons of tables open but we were made to wait. we asked to sit at the bar and were yelled at again, "no food at the bar!" I had to beg for water. we were finally seated, and I ordered a pressed pressed kale juice. it came with a ton of ice - who puts ice in fresh pressed juice??? our food took almost 2 hours. I was SO hungry! the waiter never once checked on us to ask if we needed anything. we had to flag him down for a drink or a utensil. he brought the check without even asking if we wanted to dessert and fight even say thank you. the food tasted really good, but the deplorable service ruined it for me. I've waitressed a lot and know what's good or bad service, and this was terrible. I hate paying for bad service.

My husband and I discovered Herban Fix on a trip to Atlanta. It was a short walk from where we were staying, but more than worth the time to walk there. We are both vegan, and we were hoping to find somewhere special to celebrate his birthday (with more than just a baked potato and broccoli). We had a hard time picking between all the offerings on the menu, but we settled on 2 (plus a soup for appetizer), and we shared everything--happily. We thoroughly enjoyed everything--from the atmosphere, to the service, to the fabulous food.

New Restaurant - Edit
We are visiting form San Francisco Bay Area. We in town for a conference and found this restaurant and it's only 1/2 mile from our hotel. The reviews looked amazing. The decor was very nice and the service was good. The food was mediocre at best. My wife enjoyed her dish and loved the desert. We travel a great deal and normally find amazing food, just not this time. I hope this is not the gold standard for Atlanta.

Outstanding! - Edit
Fancy decor and presentation, exceptional service and fabulous food. Prices are reasonable but because of the number of options you might rack up a tab like my party did. Totally worth it. I come to Atlanta once a year and this is a welcome addition.

Definitely Worth the Drive! - Edit
We left the interstate and drove into ATL just to check this place out. It was well worth the 45 minutes sitting in traffic and the hassle to find parking! Parking tip: there is a parking garage attached to the restaurant building with spaces reserved for restaurant patrons. We didn't know that beforehand, so we paid $3.50 to park on the next block over. We ordered the Pad Thai noodles with tofu and the Tofu stuffed with lemongrass and both were superb! The fresh pineapple juice was also refreshingly delicious and the service was stellar. We came in 15 minutes before they were going to close after lunch hours but they were still courteous and attentive. The entire menu looked yummy & I can't wait to go back on our next trip!

unbelievable!! - Edit
This restaurant is amazing and everything I hoped it would be. Great to be at a place and not have to have a single worry on how it's prepared.
Read moreWe've only been once, but we got the dumplings, sweet pea ravioli (for apps) and the mushroom "steak" which was so good and "beef" noodles/pho which my boyfriend loved.
The absolute MUST is the chocolate mouse. It's hands down the BEST vegan dessert I've ever had.
Went on a Friday night and had awesome live music.
Parking deck super easy to park in.
Will be back a million times for sure.

Favorite place to eat - Edit
I love it here and hope the community continues to support them so they can stay in business.
Read moreTheres not many nice healthy places to eat in Atl and this is one of the few places to get an all vegan meal in a semi upscale environment, making it perfect for celebrations and fancy outings.
They have a larger room upstairs for private parties too.
My favorites on the menu: Pad thai, spring rolls, Crispy king mushrooms entree, and truffle wild rice.
The flavors are surprisingly so good and the portions are perfect.
Great service, menu, and vibes.
Pros: Menu is vast, Intimate environment, Lots of gluten free options
Cons: I wish they listed the ingredients

Classy Vegan - Edit
What a delight! We stopped on our way to FL after finding the restaurant on Happy Cow. Our waiter Jimmy was so attentive, positive and helpful. We shared the lemon consommé with vegetable dumplings, the sweet pea ravioli in curry jus with leeks & assorted mushrooms and and the seared pom pom mushroom steak with assorted vegetables. Cannot pick a favorite because they were all that good!

On the street around the corner from the restaurant there are parking spaces available in the parking garage specifically designated for the restaurant.
We look forward to taking the time on another trip through to try more of their delectable offerings!

We ate here three times whole in ATL: dinner, dessert, and Sunday brunch. All you can eat steam buns, sushi, mock proteins, salad, veggies, and desserts! Worth every penny!

I can't believe I haven't been to this place before when I've visited Atlanta but what a great surprise! First of all it's a nice upscale restaurant as opposed to a lot of the sit down diner style vegan restaurants that are around. Great staff and I tried four different items that were all equally delicious. The chef definitely knows what she is doing. Can't say enough good things other than I will definitely be back!

You don't get much for the price, but it's pretty delicious! This place is really fancy and isn't accessible at price points for lower income individuals. Veganism should be accessible to everyone! Not just people that have a lot of money!

Amazing dishes and service - Edit
Was not expecting to find a vegan restaurant like this in Atlanta. Was expecting a small cafe, but found a very nice restaurant. Felt very underdressed in my jeans and hoodie, and prices were just a tiny bit expensive, but the service, dinner, and dessert (omg) make it a must try.

tasty food ! - Edit
I've been here twice now and it's good and pretty authentic, don't get me wrong, but it's definitely not low-calorie vegan. Everything is rich and covered in sauce that is unbelievably tasty, just not as healthy (if that makes any sense). Definitely go!! Just know it's gonna set you back for your daily intake

I've been to Herban Fix a few times since it has opened. I really enjoy the food. The Pom Pom mushroom steak is my favorite dish.

The vegan brunch buffet I've wanted my entire life - Edit
I went here for the brunch, and unfortunately, I was pretty hungover, so I tapped out before dessert, which could be the biggest regret of my life. As an American-born half-Chinese person, this is the kind of Asian fusion that I really enjoy. There's ingredients like wood ears and lily flowers one plate away from a mock tuna sandwich. I just wish I lived closer.

Best food of my life - Edit
My boyfriend took me here for lunch on a weekday at the recommendation of my friends in the Vegan Atlanta Facebook group and we both fell in love! We ordered the pom pom and the fried eggplant and when I bit into that eggplant I swear to you I almost started crying. Easily the best thing I've ever tasted. The pom pom was good, but a little too much like meat for me, which I guess I've been vegan long enough that I should have been able to predict that. The flavor was wonderful though and had the texture not been too realistic for me I would've happily continued eating it. I'm a vegan but my boyfriend is an omni and, while he loved the food, he was sold on the place before we were even served what we ordered. The staff is very kind and the atmosphere is very calming, from how it's decorated to the kind of music they play. He loves some smooth jazz lol.
