A MUST TRY! - Edit
This place is amazing, way better than expected (and I was already going off of a good review from a friend - so I expected a lot). We went for dinner, and everything was so so good. We shared 2 appetizers and 1 entree between the two of us and were STUFFED. The staff is incredibly nice - and very attentive. I ordered a pot of tea and didn't expect them to continuously refill it. Normally you have to buy a second pot from most places. This place looks fancy but is not very expensive. It's a great dinner date location. I live in Augusta but can't wait for the opportunity to go again.
Read moreEdit: I’ve been here again so I’m going to edit my review. I still really love this place but have learned to ask questions about their menu items. Example: their pad Thai is made SUPER sweet, to the point I couldn’t eat it (but still had to pay for it.)

Under the “vegan” slogan they serve overpriced food, super small portions and even dishes without the ingredients shown in the menu. I had a nasty confrontation with the waitress and she wouldn’t take my dish back or change it

Had A Great Experience - Edit
I’m from out of town and went for dinner with my daughter. Great service and food was excellent. Cost is higher than most “casual” restaurants but not if you compare to a nice, non-vegan establishments. Highly recommend.

Smoked meat smell - Edit
Smells like smoked meat inside. Horrible. Could not stand the smell. Asked waitress for private table and she was not willing to accommodate although there were plenty of available tables. I left. Don’t recommend irrespective of what food they have. Too bad they have poor manners. I don’t agree with 2 starts. 1 star max.

Even my Omni friend loved - Edit
Brought my Omni friend with me when we were in Atlanta. He was weary at first but he even admitted that the food was excellent. We spilt the steamed buns. And I got the crispy oyster mushrooms. He got the soy beef stew. Our food was incredible and we ate every last bite. 10/10 would come here again.

Horrible management - Edit
Wow. F*ck this place. The manager is completely rude and doesn't know the meaning of customer service. TL:DR; portion of meal inedible, refused to give partial refund, instead decided to stick his fingers in the inedible portion of the meal to taste and insist that it was fine.
Read moreI got the soy chicken dish with green beans and the green beans had a very odd aftertaste - like gasoline. I am not one to return dishes but it was inedible so I asked the server if they could cook up the vegetables again. She spoke to the cooks (apparently one is the owner) and they asked me to pick a different vegetable because they didn't want it to be the same situation - so it seems there's some admittance that there's something wrong? At this point I didn't want to wait for them to do that because I had to leave in the next 10 minutes so I asked for them to cut a portion of the meal off - literally anything, it could've been $2. The manager instead decides to come up and say no they can't do that and that they don't use gasoline. Okay? I'm just telling you what it tastes like. I tell him to go ahead and taste it and so he sticks his fingers in the green beans to eat it twice to ensure me that it tastes fine. Do I not have taste buds? Completely inappropriate behavior for someone in customer service. I would've loved to come back to try some of their other dishes because I enjoyed the garden wraps, but instead I'll be recounting this unfortunate story.
Thank you Christy for being a great server - if the owner/manager decides to respond back regarding my tip and why would I give a tip if I didn't enjoy my food, it had everything to do with Christy and nothing to do with the a**hat of a manager. I will never come back to this restaurant and advise others to stay away.
Pros: Servers are great, Some of the food is good
Cons: Manager is rude, Will not comp meals even if it’s wrong or bad

Definitely worthy - Edit
I hesitated with the 5 stars. What stopped me was the price for each dishes and the taste of some of them. We really enjoy the restaurant. It is nice Asian decorated and feel high end. But not completely. The tea cups are still basic Chinese white porcelain and the tables don't have cover neither the service could be considered gastro. Even though the gentleman was very kind.

Spring rolls were good but not crazy. The crunchy eggplants were delicious and the pad Thai very average.
No herbal tea on the menu and
They have parking Inside building very convenient.
Great place to introduce friends to vegan or bring your other half.

Cons: Some dishes are overpriced.

Bad Experience - Edit
I have eaten at Herban Fix several times. Unfortunately, this time was a bad experience. I ordered the Spicy Tofu soup and it was in-edible. I did not eat it and I told the server and he told me I had to pay for it even though it was bad. I asked for the manager and she came out and told me they were a small business and it was too bad I did not like it. She did not offer to replace it or any other option. This is bad customer service.

Delicious fine dining! - Edit
So many amazing choices it was really difficult to choose! Our server, Benjamin, was so helpful and basically went though the whole menu with us highlighting his favorites. He described everything beautifully and his suggestions did not disappoint! The glutinous rice appetizer had a nice chewy texture. The mushroom steak was unbelievably tender, savory, and succulent. They apparently spend 3 days preparing the mushrooms and it really pays off! The curry laska sauce that comes with the soy fish was so good it could've been it's own soup. We also had chocolate raspberry mousse cake and gelato. We ordered cardamom but were given mango by mistake. Benjamin brought the cardamom over so we were able to try both. They were rich and creamy. The cardamom had a lovely floral taste in the beginning and finished off smooth and sweet. I absolutely recommend this place for a vegan fine dining experience!

Expected more - Edit
The restaraunt was clean, sleek, and modern. The presentation was fabulous and the waitress was great and really patient with my carnivorous coworker. However, the quality of the food was not high. I had the pot stickers and the only tasty part was the sauce. I then tried the mushroom steak and again, the sauce was delicious but the texture of the steak was chewy and gummy. Disappointing meal.

Fantastic Food but I left hungry - Edit
Herban Fix has a fantastic menu with prices in line with what you would expect from a fine dining restaurant. Service was excellent and recommendations well presented. I had a soup and main course both faultless in taste, texture or presentation. My only criticism would be the quantity of food was lacking.

Great vegan food with lots of gf options. - Edit
Restaurant is fabulous and welcoming. Great staff and excellent service. I’m vegan gf and trying to find both while travelling is almost impossible, but they had so many options. And phenomenal dessert. The dishes are very healthy, filling and delicious. Our server jimmy was fantastic and made the whole experience even better.

Hard to believe - Edit
When the restaurants in the Plant Based community think they are “Per Se” with 6 hour advance reservations requirements, it is nothing but funny. I have eaten at the 20 best vegan restaurants in US and many abroad and am shocked to experience the rude and thoughtless interaction I found today.

Just wonderful! - Edit
Truly wonderful vegan dishes - unbelievable variety and fantastic balance of flavors made with quality ingredients and real care. I took a group of 7 non-vegans with me and they were blown away. I should have left more room for dessert but finished it anyway as it was soooooo good. Service also first rate - thanks Amber! The next time I'm in Atlanta I will DEFINITELY return.

Great Sunday Brunch - Edit
The food was delicious and Asian inspired. The "shrimp" was amazing and the sushi so good. I had to ask was "all this vegan"! Drunks are pricey and they serve them in little glasses. Not worth it just drink water. Cost is $28 for brunch.

Best in ATL - Edit
I loved the ambience and lots of options. I went here once for dinner and once for lunch because there is so few vegan choices in the area of ATL that I was in. The cake was dry and I couldn’t tell if it was because it was old or they didn’t make it well. It was very good vegan food.

Scrumptious but salty - Edit
I would give this visit 4.5 stars. I enjoyed the organic white bean/pumpkin bouillon. It was creamy and fresh and light. I also had the rainbow fried rice which was very good but on the salty side. My husband hand the pom pom mushroom steak, and he also found it a little too salty. The carrot cake was delicious, though the icing was a little too sweet, and I have a serious sweet tooth.

Enjoyable Food and Atmosphere - Edit
We went to this restaurant on a whim with my vegan family and my fiancé’s non-vegan family. Everyone really enjoyed their meals and dessert. Some favorites at the table were the vermicelli rice noodles with mushrooms and the curry with tofu and vegetables. We also really enjoyed their menu of fresh juices (refresh was delicious)! A nice place to celebrate a special occasion!
