Best vegan food I’ve ever had - Edit
This was amazing! I took my non-vegan family here for dinner and they all loved it. They said it was the best food they’d ever had in Atlanta. Highly recommend going here and make sure you leave room for desert! We got the German chocolate cake and the raspberry chocolate and both were incredible. I want to try them all!

I went here by myself, and the host and waiter were super nice. The host was also the bartender; he made me a couple of peach mules that were delicious. I ordered the lemongrass tofu, and when it arrived in one large piece instead of the smaller pieces I’m used to from other places, I was a little nervous about the flavor…. but it was so delicious and not bland in the middle at all.

Right now, this is my favorite vegan restaurant. I LOVE their food and so do my non-vegan friends and family. That means, I get to come here on a somewhat regular basis. My favorites? The coconut soup, the crispy eggplant dish, and the creamy curry broth. YUM!
Read moreAlso, I cannot trust a single other Thai restaurant or Thai-influenced restaurant. I've been to several others and none of them are truly vegan, despite claiming they are. (You just can't hide fish sauce or shrimp paste well enough from those of us who hated seafood well before "going vegan". Blech.) But THIS restaurant? No worries at all! In fact, it's why I love the creamy curry broth. I love truly vegan Thai or Thai-influenced food, and right now, this is the only place I can get it.
Btw, if you ever order the crispy eggplant dish to go, have them package the sauce separately. This way if it gets soggy on your way home, you can pop it into your toaster oven to crisp back up and then put the sauce on top from there. Enjoy!

Our meal was great, we really loved the duck buns and spring rolls, even more than the citrus chicken, which had great flavor but lacked presentation, and spicy ramen noodles, which were a little doughy. Really lovely staff, spacious dining room, nearby parking, and a bountiful dessert tray! We had the raspberry chocolate cake and peanut butter cake but there were many more options and each looked better than the next. Dessert is a must!

Read moreI rarely write reviews but wanted to let you all know about an experience I had this past weekend. I eat vegan primarily because of my life threatening dairy allergy (cannot breathe).
I ordered the ravioli, the shu mai, and the steamed buns. I was able to eat the steamed buns with no issue but both the ravioli and shu mai caused a moderate allergic reaction. My assumption is that whatever the dumplings are made of they must be sourced from out-of-house and either outright contain dairy or contain enough dairy from substantial cross-contamination to cause me an issue.
For someone with a food allergy this can be extremely dangerous so I want to let you know (a vegan restaurant should be 100% safe)! For others, this might not be as concerning but if the dumplings are not vegan due to unknown ingredients this is also problematic. May require reaching out to the owner to confirm.
Pros: Expansive menu, Tasty food/cocktails, Pretty restaurant

Read moreOn our trip to Atlanta, definitely the right choice to eat at after checking options at Happy Cow. Went there with my husband and decided to try two of the recommendations we asked about: curried rice noodle and their signature pom pom mushroom steak... and WOW. The umami flavor in the "steak" was amazing, my husband (he's not completely vegan) placed it as his favorite vegan meal and one of the best dishes overall.
As a sweet tooth myself... be SURE to leave room for dessert!!!
The variety of desserts they have is great. We went for the chocolate-peanut butter cake and chocolate-raspberry mousse cake (chocoholics here) and we were in heaven. The texture of the cakes and the flavor combinations were incredible.
The service was so great as well. Our waitress so nice and helpful, we're glad we trusted her recommendations. Everything came out very quickly and delicious. Want to go back to Atlanta just to eat here haha and definitely will when we return!
