I had the 123 burger and my spouse had the Asian rice. The burger was pasty, for lack of a better word, and the side potatoes were not especially tasty. The side salad was quite good. As for the rice, my spouse found it okay, but not anything special, and not worth the price.

I have been to hello 123 three times so far. The first two times I had to wait for sooo long before my food came (the service was insanely slow, and same for when I just ordered drinks). But the third time, I went for brunch with my mom and the service was amazing (for a girl working alone). I ordered the Benny Benny (like eggs Benedict) and I really liked it! My mom ordered the breakfast bowl and she really loved it.

I was in the neighborhood so I came here spontaneously. I had a matcha latte and the most delicious vegan mocha cheesecake. The staff is friendly and I enjoyed the playlist. I will be back again for a meal.

Looks like a nice menu but I waited over 30 minutes for my food that never came, so I won’t be returning unless they improve the service. The restaurant was pretty empty - there was no reason for such a wait. A table of 8 people who arrived a good 10-15 after me were all served their meals while I was still waiting on mine. I’ll stick to Aux vivres when in this area.

This place is amazing! Delicious fresh food, great customer service, cute decor - it has it all! Especially considering it hasn't been open that long, it already feels like an established business and I think they'll be really successful. Family friendly too. I had the tahini cauliflower and I'm still dreaming about it. My picky child loved the hello burger (and I helped her finish it when she got full, so I can attest it was delicious). I would definitely recommend!
