Great organic health food store - Edit
This store has recently enlarged and has a wonderful Vegan café now next door to it.
Read moreThey have a great choice of organic food and fruit and vegetables.
Disappointed that they sell frozen meat though. I cannot understand have health foods with dead animals!
Also disappointed that they will not sell any vegan ready made food if its not organic. So no vegan cheese or cheatin meats.

Adjoining Forest Eats vegan cafe, upstairs location. All organic. Fresh produce – I bought a huge bunch of kale – food in bulk, treats, personal care products, chilled products. Unfortunately, not all vegan or vegetarian and no ready-meals.

Excellent food, products and service - Edit
I must admit as a Vegetarian for many years I am always decently sceptical of a 'Vegetarian' labelled restaurant. Half heatedly expecting there to be a "salad all day!" or carbs on carbs on carbs. However this stunning restaurant is anything but the stereotypes I dread when looking for a place to eat. The curry I ate was absolutely magnificent (one of the best ive ever eaten) and the aroma in the building alone had me salivating before even ordering. It is extremely clear to see and taste that fresh and top of the range ingredients are used in every meal and lovingly put together to create a very enjoyable meal. The selection of organic and self serve products is also honestly a blessing. There is a small to medium range of organic every day use items which has helped me immensely. if you are hindered by stairs, dont fret there is a whole up stairs parking as well so it is accessible for all people. It is a wee bit pricey but i think its completley justified with the quality of the organic Food and Products which you cant get anywhere else in kiama. I dont shut up about this store to my friends. i honestly just made this account to rave about how awesome it is. I Highly recommend it if ever you are looking for a place to eat out. you wont regret it :)
