Delicious fresh noodles

Really friendly staff who easily pointed out which options could be made vegan. The noodles were amazing, added bonus was that we saw the chef making them before we ate! So fresh! From the other comment on here I was expecting it to be greasy - but happily it was no greasier than any other similar food I've eaten. Giving it 4 stars because although they had plenty of vegan choices I would like to see them marked on the menu rather than have to ask what can be changed.

Pros: Friendly staff, The freshest noodles ever, Easily accessible location

My favorite homemade noodles in town

This is a cheap simple chinese-noodles restaurant, but to me it is happiness served in a bowl. The noodles are vegan and handmade, the vegetables are very fresh and everything is made there (even the ice-cream). I live near the restaurant and I go there at least once a week for the past four years. My go-to dishes are: vegan gyozas, vegan crepe, spicy noodles, vegan chao-min, sweet&sour mushrooms (it's not on the menu but you can ask for it to the owner), and vegan lanzhou noodle soup (white noodles) with chucrute, fresh coreander and spicy sauce - for this last one I usually ask for a specific stock which has cinnamon, pepper and clove. For desert, basi banana is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with a homemade syrup. My favorite drinks are lemonade (sweetened with orange juice instead of sugar) and hot jasmin tea.

The staff is very confusing. I went there several times and they don't seem to understand what "vegan" mean. The last time I went the waitress sad the handmade noodle contains milk, which is very weird. I honestly don't know for sure if they can serve vegan meals.

Ok.

Not the best noodles, but it was ok and cheap.
Big bowls are huge.
Great location and cool space.

Fresh noodles but greasy

They make the noodles fresh in front of you and they’re delicious! Staff also super helpful about what can be made vegetarian. The spring rolls were gross (only cabbage filling and sooo greasy) but the veggie gyoza were delicious. Got a soup (decent) and chow mein (greasy but good!). Reminds me of slightly upscale American Chinese food. Interior is spotless, too.

Pros: Helpful English-speaking staff, Fresh noodles

Cons: Greasy, Sketchy location

Best noodles in years!

Happy Noodles live up to the name...they made me happy. Broth was full rich and soul warming. The noodles are made fresh in front of you and they taste like it! The dumplings likewise had that warning homemade feel and taste. Service was attentive and warm too. I'm in Lisbon for four nights and are likely to go back before I leave.

Pros: fresh made noodles the traditional way. , great taste

Cons: location is a bit middle of nowhere but was close
