Hank, short for Have A Nice Karma, opened this location in 2018. Features a menu of flavored burgers, house-made salad, sauces, fries, desserts and beer. Also offers Sunday brunch with scrambled vegan eggs with mushrooms, guacamole, salad, potatoes, croissant, stewed apples/pears, yogurt, toasted bread and drinks. All vegan, with an ecological focus. Delivery via the Eatic, Ubereats and Deliveroo. Reported closed February 2025.

The food was nice. We ordered 2 burgers - the double was delicious, highly recommend ordering this and the bacon, which we could have taken or left. The flavours didn't really go together, we thought. We ordered the nuggets, they were good but the nuggets were small and expensive for the size of them. The wedges were good. Their veganaise tastes like mustard.

This place let us order and then kicked us out when our food was ready so we had to find somewhere to eat our takeaway food. Only annoying as we hadn't eaten that day as it was 2 30 when we got our food

Was in Lyon for a weekend and some non vegans friends who love this 🍔 place brought me there. Their burgers are always very tasty and the staff was nice.

After being disappointed by the Hank Burger in Paris, I figured I would give this one a go. I think Paris had two problems: I didn’t really like the bacon burger, and I found it way too dry and didn’t add sauce.
Read moreThis time around, I tried a couple of their other burgers, and I slathered on some of their “mayo” (which I think is a mix of mayo and mustard), and all of sudden my burger was delicious and no longer dry! The potatoes on the side were not bad either, but I prefer regular fries I think. So overall a much better experience in Lyon!
Only thing knocking down the score by 1 star is the price, it’s really expensive for a burger.

The vegan meat was juicy, the bacon had a good texture.
It tastes better than what it looks like!
And they've got mayonnaise! 😍
But it's French mayonnaise, with mustard flavor: It's dark yellow and bit sour. So I suppose it's some sort of moutarde.
And they have wedges instead of fries. I guess they just like it that way in France.

Vegan restaurant with a variety of different burgers (classic, spicy, fish, with melted cheese, etc). I really liked the ones I tried, and the portion size was adequate. They also offer appetizers like fries or nuggets, and desserts. Friendly staff and fast service. Highly recommended.

It’s a nice burger place with many burger options as well as sides. It does not have regular sodas such as cola or Fanta but local juice/lemonades and beers. I ordered the cocorico which was okay, not really my taste preference but other burgers are surely very delicious. I also ordered loaded fries, aka hankiflette, which was nice but it got too much for me with the burger and potato wedges. Overall, it’s a nice burger spot and I would definitely come back if I’m around.

The loaded fries are perfection! The burgers were good. Staff and accommodation are lovely. The fish burger was a bit too good and reminded us of a, what we now believe is gross, fishmarket.
