Very nice

Great wine (not sure if its vegan), nice food; we had the tuberculos and tomotoes with V ricotta. Ambience is great!

Pros: area, selection, ambiance

Cons: no vegan desserts

Vegan Paella near the Cathedral

We stopped in while walking by the cathedral and got one of the two window tables. The vegan paella was delicious. We also had a roasted vegetable entree as an appetizer. A bit pricey since the cathedral is across the street.

Amazing Paella!

We had a lovely meal here and loved the paella which was vegan. The staff were helpful and the restaurant had a lovely atmosphere. A great place to go for an evening and the evening menu was labelled!

Very good food! perfect if you are with omnivores

I had lunch with my omnivore parents and we all loved it! There is a vegan/vegetarian menu apart from the normal menu, so it’s the perfect place if you are with meat eaters. Bare in mind is in front of the cathedral, so a bit pricy. Wine selection is very good as well, we had a bottle of the valencian “la traca” which was the cheapest but delicious. Service was great, they seem to speak every European language.

Pros: delicious food, great service

Cons: a bit pricy

only has vegan food in the evening

Be warned - does not offer ANYTHING vegan other than some tapas in the evening. Breakfasts are meat based only.

Convenient and delicious

We stayed near the cathedral and went here twice. Paella was delicious! The tomato salad, veggie oasis and tuber (sorry can't remember name) we're all fresh and it was nice to have a break from fried food! They were light (but decent size) and healthy. Really enjoyed.

Pros: friendly staff , convenient location

Cons: serve meat

Delicious food and lots of vegetables

I went to Gusto Ristobar several times during my stay in Sevilla (August 2017) because the food was great, there were plenty of vegan and vegetarian options and the location is super convenient near the Cathedral.
Overall, great food with plenty of veggies and very well presented dishes. The service was nice and helpful!
Would definitely go back!

vegan options (I tried): fava bean makko with veggies, tomato salad with cashew and vegan cheese, oasis of quinoa with avocado and other veggies.
I also had veggie paella, which was delicious.

Pros: many options, great service

Cons: none

Delicious and well-presented options

The meal I had was 5 stars!! The servers were polite and helpful, the restaurant is well situated and easy to find by the side of the cathedral. The vegan options were labelled (suitable for vegans) and there were around 4 or 5 such options. There was a dish with goats cheese that said it was suitable for vegans though.. bit strange. I ordered the tomato salad and it was presented so beautifully and was an incredibly tasty meal.

Good food but more options needed

I had a delicious tomato salad and my friend had the vegetarian meatballs, but the menu labels are slightly confusing - some vegetarian dishes with cheese are mistakenly labelled as vegan suitable, so check with the waiter first. But overall a good option in meat-loving Seville!

Pros: organic food, well crafted , well presented

Cons: Not much variety - salad and faux meatballs

was a bit disappointing

We were seated under the aircon and it was so cold that it was uncomfortable. I ordered the tuber vegetables with corriander pesto. It was more of a side dish to be honest and the pesto was more like an oily dressing , not much taste and a tiny amount of it.
Wouldn't go back again .

Delicious vegan options

Went for dinner with my omi husband. I had a few vegan options to choose from and the staff were very helpful to let me know what other dishes could possibly be veganised. It was very popular so I would book a table if you're coming during peak travel season. My food was absolutely delicious and the restaurant has quite a nice atmosphere. Would definitely go there again.

Pros: Dishes are clearly marked as vegan or vegetarian.

Cons: A few more vegan options won't hurt, especiall

Very nice restaurant

Lovely little place to eat and drink. Very friendly waiters too. Not a huge amount of choices available for vegans; only one hot dish was available on my visit. It however was very tasty and a good portion. The only reason I'm rating three stars is it would be good to see another option or two on the menu.

Pros: Quality food, Friendly service, Clearly labelled menu

Cons: Few vegan options

It's OK if you are in the city centre (and Organic's is closed)

I went to Gusto with a few friends for dinner. We ordered basically all the vegan dishes of the vegetarian part of the menu, plus one vegetarian one. Everything was ok, some dishes better than others, although portions were not generous.
It's slightly more expensive than the usual restaurant in Sevilla, possibly due to its location (it's really close to the Cathedral).

It's not bad, but I prefer other veg-friendly restaurants in town!

Pros: A decent number of vegan options

Great place right by the cathedral

We went to Gusto twice on our Seville stay. The first time we were looking for breakfast, and saw "Vegan" on the window. There's nothing vegan on the breakfast menu, so make sure you ask, and they'll provide something! We had fresh blended tomato and olive oil on toast, delicious!

We went back for a lunch on another day and found 3-4 vegan options. My broad bean macca and roasted vegetables was spectacular.

If you're in the area of the cathedral, I absolutely recommend trying this place.

Pros: Great food, Friendly staff, Outdoor seating
