Absolut empfehlenswert...

Kleine aber feine vegane Karte. Es gibt nur ein paar wenige Gerichte, diese waren aber ausgezeichnet. Ein Besuch ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Das Restaurant ist gemütlich eingerichtet und das Team ist sehr locker und freundlich. Es verfügt über Innen- und Aussensitzplätze. Aufrund der beschränkten Anzahl der Plätze, kann eine Reservation Sinn machen.

That cashew cheese!

Laidback, healthy restaurant. The highlight for me was the cashew cheese in the salad; rich and mouth wateringly moreish. Good cake and hemp seed beer too.

Good place!

Cute little place with kind staff, you feel the love. The food is very good, though not a lot of options on the menu.

Really delicious!!!

Can highly recommend, I had a totally delicious soup. Waitress was really nice, good atmosphere sitting outside in the autumn-sun.

Sehr lecker, super freundlich und zentral

Mein Mann und ich hatten das mediterrane Sandwich. Ein Sandwich von dreien. Sie bieten außerdem 3 Frühstücksvarianten, sehr lecker aussende Kuchen (haben keinen gegessen) und verschiedenste Getränke. Wir hatten einen erfrischenden Smoothie.

Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Wir durften sogar mit Hund rein.

Beautiful and delicious dishes, but few options and small portions

I went here for lunch with my sister. The place is small and quite colorful. I liked the decorations. There are vegan leaflets in a bookshelf.

The first thing that makes me not give Gustav five stars is the low amount of options on the menu. In total there are four breakfast items, three different sandwiches and a salad. When I was there there was also a daily special which was a mac’n’cheeze.

I had the mac’n’cheeze and while it was beautifully plated and tasted delicious, it was also very small, which is the second reason I am not giving Gustav a five star rating. For dessert I had the cake of the day which was also very beautifully plated and tasty.

I’d recommend going to Gustav, but don’t be too hungry.

Everything’s super delicious and omg the vegan mozzarella 🤤

Super cute place! Definitely make a reservation before. We did thanks to the other reviews on here and got the last table. Had two absolutely scrumptious sandwiches and 2 slices of their cake and torte. Everything was so so delicious!!! And especially their vegan mozzarella is mind blowing! The texture is almost exactly like real mozzarella and the taste I would even consider better 💚 100% recommendation and a must when in the area!

fresh and tasty

Very good food. Everything we had was very tasty and fresh, especially the smoothie . We came here to only have coffee and ended with having complete breakfast. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I would recommend and we will certainly come back when we are in the city again.

Good food

We had breakfast here, scrambled tofu with vegies and soya latre. The food was very good, but I wish they had more plant drink options for coffee. We were lucky to find the table, as the place is really small.

Always fresh and classy food

You will never get disappointed at this place. The prices which seem a bit higher at the first glance are absolutely reasonable. The food is always prepared fresh and with love. Currently the best place for pure vegan food in Salzburg.

First time visiting

Visited Salzburg for a holiday and Happy Cow brought me here.

Cozy and little spacing area. Staff is friendly and is happy to share more details on their menu and their specials.

Had a soup and their special pumpkin “bread”. Generous serving and had great experience with Austrian dishes.

I will visit again when I’m travelling to Salzburg.

Cute and delicious

I stumbled upon this very cute, cosy bistro by accident. The ambience is very familial and the staff is super nice. Went there to have coffee and a french toast. Would totally recommend.

Yummy!

Popular Spot

Went here solo for weekday lunch and the place was packed! Reservations recommended. Bring cash! Small menu. I had their pumpkin schnitzel special. It was tasty! For dessert, I tried their chocolate zucchini cake. It was most, but tasted like zucchini with a dash of chocolate. Very friendly and helpful staff.
