Had a soup and their special pumpkin “bread”. Generous serving and had great experience with Austrian dishes.
I will visit again when I’m travelling to Salzburg.

I stumbled upon this very cute, cosy bistro by accident. The ambience is very familial and the staff is super nice. Went there to have coffee and a french toast. Would totally recommend.

Yummy! - Edit
The food seems pretty simple, yet good! It's a very small and "hyggelig" place, super nice staff. You have to not mind a familial atmosphere.

Popular Spot - Edit
Went here solo for weekday lunch and the place was packed! Reservations recommended. Bring cash! Small menu. I had their pumpkin schnitzel special. It was tasty! For dessert, I tried their chocolate zucchini cake. It was most, but tasted like zucchini with a dash of chocolate. Very friendly and helpful staff.

So nice! - Edit
The woman who served us was really really lovely and the food was perfect! We had the Chilli Con Carne and the Mediterranean Sandwich and both were really good, perfect size portion and perfect amount of spice on the chilli! We would definitely eat here again!

Our favourite Place for cake and hot drinks in Salzburg. We love especially the awesome "Rübenlatte" the staff is really friendly. The cafe is small but very cozy. The cakes are amazing too.

Small cafe with indoor and outdoor seating with good food. We had the sandwich of the month, tomato, cashew mozzarella and pesto with rocket and the Mediterranean sandwich. Both were very tasty.

Quiet Vegan place - Edit
A nice vegan place at city center. It's basically a caffe that serves breakfast, sandwiches and some main dishes. Also cakes (including a raw cake). Staff was nice, food was served fast and was tasty although a little bit expensive.

Great food! - Edit
Small but nice cafe/bars. Everything is vegan! They serve also special drinks. Matcha latte and everything with plantbased milk. I ate a toast with pesto and casew mozarella. That was delicious. You can see this one on the first photo!

Amazing food - Edit
Great vegan food joint. Although they serve sandwiches but they aren’t like normal sandwiches. Went twice on a day. Their hausgemachten Cashew cheese is a winner.

GustaV is the only all vegan restaurant in Salzburg I know. Prices are Salzburg Standard. You find a very friendly and open hearted host and excellent food. I prefer the Ciabatta options which alwaya vary and are great. You get coffee from a local roasthouse and also beer from a small local brewery. Only con is the opening hours, closes early.

Enjoyable lunch - Edit
I had the scrambled tofu and my friend had the gluten free version of the Mediterranean sandwich and we shared a vegan gluten free cake. We enjoyed all of this. We had a coffee which was fine but not great. We went to go back the next day at about 5 pm and it was closed (although opening hours on their door are until 7 pm) which was a bit frustrating.

Great place! - Edit
Had to hit this place when we visited Salzburg, so I dragged my omni husband. We BOTH loved it! He had the french toast and I had the tofu scramble. The nutty bread with buttery spread was different but to die for! My turmeric latte was also delicious. So many vegan options I couldn't decide what to get and would have liked to try everything -- including dessert!
