Superb Vegan Cafe new menu, Lions mane burger! Oooofffff - Edit
Good afternoon Vegan team! Let me tell you that the Lion mane burger was absolutely amazing, from the super soft Brioche bun which didn’t break in half as your eating it, to the perfect amount of cheeze, gherkins and then the main item the burger, superbly tasty even down to the caramelised burnt ends taste, the fried onions made it sweeter then the sriracha mayo cut through it with a little heat! Perfect! The new potatoes were cooked with just enough of a crisp but fluffy inside! Nice fresh side salad of crunchy red onions, pickled radishes, spinach leaves and a sprinkled of balsamic glaze! Helen Wilson, Fliss and team! Absolutely superb! Will be back for more!

Breakfast Wrap and a Lions Mane Mushroom Late - Edit
The Latte was different to anything I’ve had before but really pleasurable. And the breakfast wrap was tasty and well priced. Great place to stop for a bite to eat

Great to have a vegan takeaway option - Edit
Being short of all - vegan options in Swansea, it's lovely to be able to grab a cake and coffee from time to time when in the centre of Swansea. Amazing cakes.

Breakfast in the sun - Edit
Friday morning, on holiday, looking for a plantbased breakfast in Swansea and found this gem. We had chai latte's which were really good. For breakfast we shared a croissant with home made pastrami and vegan cheese, a sub sub wrap and a breakfast wrap. All was delicious and a perfect start of the day! Look no further in Swansea, this is the place!

Lovely café dedicated to healthy, cruelty free & very tasty food! - Edit
We went for Brunch on a Monday when lots of other places were closed. Very talented chef and owner offered us plenty of choices. The food and coffees were both great and there were tables outside and an indoor table too. Great for wraps and hot drinks to takeaway we had a very special made fresh all vegan cheese & Pastrami omelette, - so clever! Hope to visit again. Swansea has quite a few other Vegan businesses & eateries that definitely need supporting!

Lovely little coffee shop! We stopped off on our long drive home, just planning on getting a coffee, but ended up getting vegan omelettes filled with cheese, spinach, tomatoes, and topped off with balsamic and hot sauce! Bloomin' lovely!

Small but perfectly formed - Edit
What a find! Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Swansea town centre, Ground is well worth seeking out. We sat at a pavement table in the sun and enjoyed sensationally good ‘pastrami’ wraps (the pastrami is made in house) - bliss! The cafe is run by a lovely lady called Helen who makes all the cakes too. It’s predominantly coffee & cake but the house wrap is fantastic. Great food. Friendly service. Fab coffee. And a plastic free policy too. Honestly, the world needs more like this.

Liked croissant & iced latte but didn't like the pastrami wrap. - Edit
More flavour to the 'pastrami meat' or perhaps using marinated tempeh instead. Less sauerkraut and mustard.

Delicious coffee and the best croissants I've had hands down, I see others have commented on the value, I thought it was really good value, but depends on what process you're used to I guess! Wraps are bangin too!

Nice vegan takeaway - Edit
Really nice drinks and snacks/cakes. Pretty expensive though, and don't go expecting to sit in and have your coffee as there's little to no seating or room, and it's kind of an awkward location for a takeaway given that there's not much else nearby. I'd recommend stopping by if you find yourself passing though!

Nice little coffee spot - Edit
The coffee was nice and the food lovely but you don’t get an awful lot for your money. I had the VLT which was lush and my partner had the wrap of the day. It was tasty but could have done with some side salad. Also had a brownie and a cookie which were very nice. There’s only about 6 seats if you do plan on going to sit down and eat or drink. Great for takeaway.

Absolutely Perfect - Edit
Ground Is such a fabulous coffee bar. First things first, the coffee is excellent quality and made with Oatly Barista. Secondly, the weekly wraps are totally unique, with really interesting and delicious fillings. Thirdly, the ice cream is the best vegan ice cream I’ve tasted, with lovely toppings. I also have to mention the freshly baked croissants! Again, the best I’ve tasted.

Nice little Coffee Shop! - Edit
Like the name says they specialise in coffee and primarily use oat milk. They offer a small selection of cakes, cookies, macaroons, smoothies, soft serve gelato and one sandwich/wrap.
Read moreThere is only 1 table with 2 seats and is mostly a take away spot. It was lovely to meet Helen & Rhi who are quite passionate about what they do.
Rhi was making 6 new hot drinks while I walked in for their Winter Special menu to take photos. They have chocolate red velvet, hot chocolate, macha, turmeric, beetroot and chai latte. They offered me one complimentary, so I had the red velvet one which was very nice. I like their unique selection of hot drinks.
I also tried their jerk chicken style wrap which was nice. Helen made the seitan chikn herself from scratch. I also tried the soft serve with biscoff sauce which was more like a gelato than an icecream but was ok.
Pros: 100% Vegan
Cons: No indoor seating
