Open Mon 5:00pm-10:00pm, Fri-Sun 5:00pm-10:00pm. Closed Mon-Tue -Unless posted open on instagram.

Excellent food and very kind owners! - Edit
The main dishes, as well as the dessert (chocolate cake) were very delicious and freshly made. The seating area was nicely decorated and there is also a roofed area for rainy days. The owners were very welcoming and kind and even gave us some “Raki” to try for free. The prices are totally worth it, but slightly higher than usually in this area. We recommend this place a lot! :-)

Fully vegan and with a great menu, sustainability is key as well as great ingredients and care in their menu and food. I can't recommend Green Life Market highly enough. They are a pillar in Sarande for Vegans and the community. Their food was amazing and the two owners are beautiful people.

The restaurant is a little off center but worth the walk, considering it‘s (unfortunately:( ) the only vegan restaurant in Sarandë. Food was very delicious, and the owners super friendly! The waiting time is a bit longer but we knew everything was homemade & fresh and it was worth the wait. Tipp: get there early. We arrived there around 9pm and they sadly run out of all almost all main courses.

Brilliant vegan restaurant in Sarande - Edit
Absolute must visit for anyone staying in Sarande or nearby area! Really delicious food where everything from the bread to the dips is home made. And it just “happens” to be plant based! Best meal we had in Albania hands down. Our only regret was we went on our last night so we couldn’t return for another meal!

Small with a lot of heart. We don't have a sign because we like the idea to keep it home feeling (we live above the restaurant), and actually signs are surprisingly really expensive. So completing the kitchen is more of a priority for us.

Yes. to ensure quality -as we are just 2 people (with a helper for 2 months), we selected a menu structure for this season, fall will be more playful experimental, and next season will have new items to add.

A vegan oasis in a dietary desert! - Edit
In a place that is otherwise incredibly difficult to find good vegan food (or any vegan food at all!) Green Life Market was an amazing find. So good we visited 3 times in a week! All the staff are so kind and welcoming, the atmosphere is cosy and welcoming and the food is fantastic. I think we probably ate everything on the menu over our three visits and it was all great! Essential to visit for any vegans staying in Sarandë. (But be prepared for a steep walk up hill to get there from the centre of town!)

We managed to get in without a booking (but I wouldn’t rely on that again-you def need to book this v popular place!). It’s amazing to see them cook everything from scratch in front of you. We enjoyed some yummy and super spicy kimchi, a very hoppy punchy local beer and kombucha. Our mains were the two curries which was tasty and were made spicy for our tastes. Beautiful staff very friendly and lovely. Would highly recommend supporting this local ethical company and supporting local artisan suppliers when doing so too. They also have a little shop with delicious local goodies (we bought some olive oil!). Thanks for having us ❤️

Wonderful little vegan spot high up on the hill in Saranda. Food was excellent. Service was good. There are only a few tables so I recommend you arrive when they open or possibly make a reservation. It was busy when we were them and people were asked to return in an hour. Two of the three mains were unavailable by 7, another reason to get there early.

We have since your visit acquired more seating & a new pressure cooker which has helped us produce more WAY more food WAY faster. Things like the size of our pots & working in a still incomplete kitchen has been tricky, thankfully we are staying a float. We're looking forward to kitchen upgrades for next season - stay tuned -

Very good soy boys!! We ordered a few dishes to share as a family of 4, although a little pricier, it’s all fresh and made to order. Probably one of the best meals I’ve had in Albania. Order the soy boys!

Soy balls are a fan fan favourite, for sure! Although our prices are a tad higher than whats around (but not for long as prices are rising fast around town), one doesn't really find food like ours here.

Keep in mind some pros about our prices:
-Prices around town have gone up year after year & we pride on keep our prices the same since we opened 2 years ago.
No hidden charges for extra bread or water. No hidden gratuity, No charges for debit card use (we incur the charge).
We really feel that for the effort, quality and generous portion sizes the ´price point is fair for all.

Small vegan heaven in Saranda - Edit
Cute little vegan restaurant serving International Cuisine like Middle Eastern, Indian, etc..We had the Falafel, Hummus, Baba Ganoush and Kimchi. All were super good! Although all were starters they were sufficient for us. The international couple is very nice and caring. They also have a small shop with vegan items and pre-loved clothes. Only vegan restaurant in Saranda!

Yes, Green Life Market is the only vegan restaurant on Saranda, and the first to open in Albania if I'm not mistaken.

It was genuinely good, we had the falafels and several other dishes, we were particularly impressed by the flavours!
The vibes of the restaurant/little market are spot on, with a sea view, you can even get second hand clothes and if you're lucky, meet their two lovely dogs.
The owners are both inspiring people, they care a lot about animals and are super wonderful and kind.

Green Life - Great Life - Edit
Green Life Market is the first, and only, totally vegan place to eat in Saranda. Monica and Julian are a great couple who create some delicious vegan food. It is still only a small place so in the height of the summer season you should book ahead. All the food is prepped from scratch by the pair of them so expect some slight delay if they are really busy. The menu changes almost daily depending on what ingredients are in season, but a curry of the day is usually available. PS. They also love their dogs who are often around.

The range of appetizers and main courses sounded very tasty. We opted for a falafel salad and a shepherd's pie. Both were very tasty and in a good quantity. We were especially impressed with the hummus and the flavor of the Shepherd's Pie. The restaurant offered an inspiring atmosphere and the owners were very friendly.

This place is magnificent. We were travelling around Albania for a week and as a vegan I ate a lot of bread, chips and grilled veg. When we discovered this place on Happy Cow I could have cried!
