Highly pleasing vegan food - Edit
I visited Gorilla Kitchen with my OMNI friend, and she was amazed by the fried chickun—it really resembled a drumstick, and the seasonings were spot on. We also tried the cashewcado pizza, which was incredible! Dining there was an absolute delight. Hail to the plants!

A vegan heaven for Americans! While the food is expensive, the portion sizes are massive and the food all tastes amazing! The Hawaiian pizza had a lot of vegetables on it but it was cooked beautifully. I don't even care for fries normally but I couldn't get enough of their Ranch fries! The burgers were massive and came with a side of fries, and the cauliflower wings were each enormous but don't underestimate the spicy options! We didn't expect this much food, so I ended up having leftover pizza for dinner the next two nights, and my partner and I both left stuffed. LOVED this place! Ps. There are two free parking spaces just past the restaurant, which we easily got a spot since it wasn't busy.

I love going to a restaurant where I don’t have to think twice when ordering. Knowing that everything is 100% Vegan is such a joy. My favourite was the Seize her Salad with chickun, although the Phush N Chups was just as good.

Wir haben uns für die Gorilla Fried Cauli Wings (ein bisschen zu fettig) entschieden die mit einem scharfen Dip serviert wurden.
Pizza Cashewcado war eine leckere Geschmacksüberraschung.
Beim 2. Besuch hatten wir den
Burger Royal W-Cheese mit dem Crispy Tofu anstatt Beyond Meat Patty
und
Buger Vege Patty. Beide waren nach unserem Geschmack und die Sauce mit dem Endiviensalat des Royal Burger hat mich in die Jugend zurückversetzt, da es mich an den Big Mac von McDonalds erinnert hat (Achtung das ist nur auf Sauce und Salat bezogen)
Es wurden dazu eine handvoll Pommes Frites und Ketchup serviert, alternativ hätte es auch einen Salat dazu gegeben.
Die Toilette ist sauber.
Die Musikauswahl war an beiden Tagen angenehm und in passender Lautstärke.
Eine Flasche Wasser (wird wie üblich in NZ kostenfrei mit auf den Tisch gestellt, der Chlorgeschmack war für unseren deutschen Geschmack so intensiv dass wir beim 2. Besuch es nicht angenommen haben.)
Unsere Smoothies waren auch frisch und lecker.
Servicedame ist freundlich und auch sehr aufmerksam
Parkplätze unter der Woche kostenfrei ab 18 Uhr in den umliegenden Strassen, jeweils ca 3-5 Gehminuten.
Am Wochenende und Ferientagen ist das Parken an gleichen Stellen kostenfrei.
Tolle Location / guter Service und leckeres Essen.

We ate here twice and managed to try four mains and two pizzas. The portions are huge, so the price is justified. The fish and chips were really good, very fishy flavour so be ready for that. Loads of fries with that. The salad with it was very nice and fresh. The nacho plate had good flavour - loads of mince but a bit too little cheese, sour cream and guac. Only had mince left after half the plate was gone. The cauliflower bites are great! Burgers are big and loaded fries are absolutely huge. Again, could’ve wished for some more flavour. And some more salt on everything to be fair - but that may just be our Scandinavian genes talking.

All the sun dried tomatoes were unfortunately burned to a crisp, and the tofu made it all very eggy. Would not recommend adding the tofu! Otherwise really good - and great to find a fully vegan place in the city 🙌🏼

We had a falafel burger, fries and a cauliflower dish - kind of like Kentucky Fried cauliflower for lack of a better description. All the food was excellent, especially the sauces which made everything work beautifully. Would definitely return.

Everything I've tried here is amazing. The chicken drumsticks are so realistic it's almost freaky. "Skin", meat that pulls apart, all on a popsicle stick, with some delicious sauce choices. It's hard to want to eat anywhere else while I'm here in Auckland.
