Disappointing beet burger - Edit
Knowing Gordon Ramsey’s disdain for premade food, I was expecting a fresh burger made from beets and made from scratch. What they serve is an impossible patty with a hard to eat, tasteless pile of string beets. Burger King impossible whopper tastes better than this burger. They could learn a thing or 2 about making vegan burgers from the Slutty Vegan in Atlanta. The only reason this got 1 star is for the fries.

Limited Vegan Options Beyond the Blue Ridge Parkway - Edit
Once you exit the Blue Ridge Parkway, finding vegan food can be challenging. If you're in need of a bite, the beet burger here is one of the few options available. It serves its purpose, offering enough sustenance for the trip back to more populated areas. Although it's not outstanding, it will suffice in a pinch. Parking in the casino garage is free, and you can head to the food court for this option.

Beet burger is vegan - Edit
Beet burger was ok. Was able to find lemon muffins in the grab and go section. Those were the only two things available.

Delicious - Edit
I’ve wanted to try Gordon Ramsay food market for a while, and finally had the opportunity to do so. The beet burger and fries are delicious. There are other things you can get such as grab and go fruit and coffees. You can also get a vegan hummus wrap at “Catch Cafe” which is directly left of “Street Burger”where the vegan burger is (Wed-Sun 11am-4pm only for the wrap). Possibly more in the market but I didn’t really look around. You can eat there even if you aren’t gambling but if you are, it’s a great casino. Very clean, non smoking. Other activities such as bowling, shopping, and comedy are there too. Would like to see additional vegan options in the future since they are so limited near Cherokee.

Beet Burger - Edit
Vegan options are near impossible to find in Cherokee, NC. Gordon Ramsay's Street Burger had a Beet Burger which is vegan. I thought it was going to be a veggie patty made out of beets. Which I was going to settle for because I was hungry. It was an actual vegan burger with a vegan garlic aioli and some spiralized beets on top. There were more fries than I could eat. It was only $13. Thank you Gordon Ramsay for feeding a vegan in Cherokee.
