Vegan heaven! - Edit
It was a great experience to not have to pick between a select few dishes but be served this amazing vegan food from start to finish. A 5 star experience and we will definitely be back soon. Also Martin was a great host and the personal meet with chef Adrian completed the experience. Thank you!

Superb food in a beautiful setting - Edit
The setting and ambience of the venue is beautiful and makes for a true experience. The food by Adrian was outstanding and the host Martin made us feel very welcome. The singer was excellent and made for a lovely relaxing setting. We can’t fault the experience and would highly recommend. It was wonderful!

Do not miss this vegan gastronomic experience if you can. I’m so happy I happened to hear about this place on Happy Cow while searching for vegan options in Altea. Absolutely fantastic vegan food, but that’s not all. This evening is one to remember; you go to the chef’s house, where you are greeted at the door with a glass of complimentary cava and taken to the tables set by candlelight in the garden. There’s live music, performed by a jazz singer (Maiki Trump) who has an amazing and soothing voice. And the food itself is amazing! My only complaint is there was too much of it (it’s a set tasting menu with around 10 different dishes) and you don’t want to leave any of it as it’s delicious 😋. The chef comes to the tables while dessert is being served and talks to everybody. This is where we realised that he actually removed all onion from the evening because I mentioned when booking that my husband has an intolerance to them. Talk about personalised service! Please visit if you are in the area, you won’t be disappointed.

Head over to Altea Hills to enjoy one of the most amazing vegan experiences of your life. Martin is such a great host, it is worth going there just to meet him. He will make you feel "mi casa es su casa", quite literally, as this is where he lives with Adrian. This is not a restaurant. In fact it is much more than that. You will be welcomed with a glass of bubbly, that you can drink by the swimming pool before heading downstairs for dinner. The dining area is spacious and beautiful, despite the fake turf. You are there to enjoy, so take your time. Don't be rushed. The dishes come out at snail pace but they won't disappoint. If you are familiar with Spanish food, you will be pleasantly surprised with vegan versions of the most traditional Spanish cuisine. There are also hints of Argentinian (both Martin and Adrian are originally from there) and Oriental cuisine. I honestly don't want to reveal too much so as to keep it as a surprise for you. Just relax, and prepare to be amazed. Adrian is an accomplished chef and every detail counts for him. Oh and did I mention there is also live music? It all adds up to a wonderful evening in an intimate setting, with friends.

We found the advertisement for this experience while looking for something vegan on the Costa Blanca. It looked like something different and worth trying. I called the number and spoke to the incredibly warm and friendly Martin who patiently answered all my questions about the food.
Read moreWe didn't know what to expect, but we certainly didn't imagine we had stumbled upon one of the highlights of the Costa Blanca. We arrived at the beautiful home of Adrian and Martin which is like a dream and were warmly welcomed and shown around. Martin spent time helping us settle in and soon the dishes began to arrive. We had five starters. Each one more delicious than the other. The Sobrasada Mallorquina was particularly out of this world.
The mains were so perfectly composed and presented. The tastes were simultaneously rich and delicate. There wasn't one wrong note to be found. Finally we were served dessert which was a raw vegan date and cocoa square accompanied by an afrodisiac elixir of red dates, ginger and cinnamon. An outstanding finale to what had been the gastronomic high point of both mine and my partner's lives.
We had brought our four year old with us and they were kind enough to bring him a special vegan fillet of chicken and even served him a dessert despite not being a paying customer.
The atmosphere was warm and relaxed and our meal was accompanied by the lovely live singing of Maiki Trump (from Estonia) and the other guests were all dressed in their most glamourous outfits and looked fabulous.
In the end, the chef came out to meet us. We would have loved to stay and chat, but we had to jump in a taxi to rush for the last tram home (which we just about made).
We have given this experience 5 stars, but it seems to undervalue what is on offer here. What Adrian and Martin have created together is a wonder and one that should not be missed by anyone - vegan or not.
We have no connection with the owners - this review is simply an outpouring of love for such a tremendous evening. If you find yourself within 100 km of Altea, make sure you book yourself a table.

Fue un regalo sorpresa de cumpleaños de mi pareja. No podría estar más contenta con el ambiente y el lugar. Martín es de lo más dulce y atento anfitrión que tuvimos jamás, bellísima persona. Chef Adrián pone cariño en cada detalle y los platos son una auténtica delicia. Maiki la cantante de jazz es una joya que endulza más todavía la experiencia. Totalmente mágico y recomendable! Queremos destacar especialmente infusión de dátiles rojos tostados, "el pulpo" a la gallega y sobrasada.

The Most Amazing Vegan Experience - Edit
This is by far the best vegan menu/dining experience I have ever had. And I’ve had a lot. Not only can you taste the passion in the food, but the entire experience is completely unique. From the moment you walk in you are treated with kindness and you really do feel at home. The food is out of this world and truly innovative. Every course was beautiful plated and better than the last. You will find nothing else like this anywhere in the world. It is a must if you are in Altea.

Fabulous Food in a Wonderful Setting - Edit
Oh, my goodness, what a discovery! Lunch yesterday comprised six fabulous plant-based dishes served up by the wonderfully friendly Martin, with Maiki Trump’s beautiful voice for entertainment. Adrian Muser is a truly inspired chef - the dishes were not only very innovative and beautifully presented, but utterly delicious and the meal was excellent value for money. All served up in beautiful surroundings with magnificent views. What more could anyone want, vegan or not? Highly recommended - in fact I’ve already booked to go back twice!
