Delicious and creative food within a fantastic team and setting - Edit
Me and my daughter visited Adrian, Martin and the rest of the team at Veganween and it was lovely. The atmosphere was warm, easy going and special, the team spoiled us with a great and impeccable tasting menu (unbelievable what Adrian can create...), humor, kindness and warmth. They work with passion and a vision that many could learn from. Nothing less then a huge thank you to all of them from the both of us.

Genuinely such an amazing experience from start to finish! We are from the UK and their communication leading up to the reservation was fantastic. They checked in with us 48 hours before just to make sure we were still attending with I appreciated.
Read moreOn the evening of the reservation, we struggled to get a taxi (busy night), which wasn’t an issue for this restaurant. They told us to take our time, made us feel very calm, and even eventually sent out a chauffeur to collect us.
Upon arriving, we were made very welcome and given a glass of prosecco, then lead to our table. Every single dish was perfection and a new experience for a couple that have been vegan for over 6 years. Every member of staff was so lovely, genuine and really cared about their customers.

450 euros for 6 people, the pseudo vegan chef Adrian who is not one, no trace of his record on the Internet...
He was very upset not to be able to charge a 6 year old child 70 euros.
He prepared him a terrible burger, cold, untoasted bread, no side, a horror and charged 25 euros, what a scam!!!
He claims that everything is homemade, a huge lie, he uses vegetal substitutes bought on the Internet and uses the Heura brand which costs 4 euros in supermarkets.
It is not a gourmet restaurant but a scam, the 70 euro menu is barely worth 6 euros. He makes a nice margin.
The bread was frozen and when you want more, it's not possible, but which restaurant does that?
A complete waste of time and especially money, smoke and mirrors.

De avond bij Adrian en Martin was werkelijk magisch. Het voortreffelijk smaakvolle eten, de ambiance, live muziek, prachtige tuin en gastvrije bediening. Werkelijk een fantastische avond. Adrian is echt een zeer getalenteerd kunstenaar met voedsel en hoe ontzettend fijn dat alles vegan is en dat 9 gangen. Wij komen heel graag weer terug want wij hebben enorm genoten en kunnen het iedereen aanraden als je een bijzondere en zeer smaakvolle avond wenst.

From making the reservation to the end of the evening the attention to detail was faultless! The place has an intimate magical feel almost, Martin your host is warm and really makes you feel welcome. All of the staff without exception were attentive and knowledgeable. The food was absolutely stunning, works of art in every mouthful and totally made with love as well as exceptional skill and care, Adrian is a genius and that Jamon 😱.

Todo fue mágico desde que llegamos. Los sabores indescriptibles, una fiesta para los sentidos. Todo hace que te sientas cómodo, como en casa, pero a la vez te sientes agasajado con cada plato, con el trato de Martín y todo el maravilloso equipo, la buena energía de los demás comensales y la dulce voz de Freya… realmente vivimos “una noche de ensueño”! The recent review from ClodaghWalsh below here is spot on. I simply can't believe why this place have that many 5 stars reviews, it must be mainly friends/acquaintances, and the strong encouragement from the people working there asking their costumers to give them 5 stars.
Read moreFirst of all, the restaurant has a nice location, a friendly staff (at least at the time visiting) and a good atmosphere. However, the food is way to soya based. Every dish tries to imitate a normal meat dish to get the textures of meat/cheese instead of focusing on, and highlighting the great flavors of vegetables. The food had zero taste.
The place also has a very limited red wine list (only a couple of bottles), and they were lacking the best one when we were there. Does the red wine have to be vegan?
A complete waste of time, spend 5 hours on a proper restaurant.

Apparently the Ambassadors of Happy Cow , who awarded the Chef 2021 , the Judges of the Traveler Conde Nast, the new awarded “Best of the Bests “ Tripadvisor Award 2022 , Best Vegan Chef in Spain and Experts sommelier & winemakers of Muriel Wines are all wrong .

65€ 2 bottles of wine, we had to order a second bottle after 2 hours when we were only half way through the menu. 7 pm to 11.30 it took us that long to get to the dessert. We drank too much wine cos we were waiting soooo long between dishes we were desperate. Had to ask for bread😒It was actually one of the most frustrating vegan restaurants I've been to, I practically know them all in the Valencian Community, never paid so much for food that was less inspiring than places that charge 30% of the price. The music was ok, singer with canned music. Magical experience acc to Google and TripAdvisor?? What did I miss??

Great vegan and Celiac friendly restaurant 🙌🏼 - Edit
As a vegan with Celiac disease I don’t really have many options of where to eat and feel safe from gluten contaminations. But Visiting Go Vegan was an absolute amazing experience for me, all the food was vegan and the chef made me feel very comfortable and relaxed preparing my food separately from all the others making sure there was no gluten contamination at all. Aside from the gluten-free environment the food was absolutely amazing, the ambience with live music was fantastic and Martin and Adrian, the gentlemen running the place were the best 🙌🏼 Highly recommended in all regards!

"It's not a restaurant, it's not a home, it's something in between – it's magic." and that's the most accurate description for our night at Adrian's. Great hospitality, great live performance, great food. If you are in Altea, Vegan or not, go experience Go Vegan by Adrian Muser! This is by far our best core memory from our trip to Spain.

Read more…The food is incredible. I’ve been vegan for nearly six years and as proud of my cooking, I’m not a patch on Adrian. Imagine the best food you have ever tasted add flair, creativity a beautiful presentation and your still not quite there. A meal at this rather wonderful pop up is a life must. I’m due to take a few long weekend trips based around this as a highlight.
I cannot praise the experience enough. The new friendships like the food are an welcome if unexpected bonus.
