Delicious vegan pasta! - Edit
I have three words for you: Whole. Basil. Leaves. ‘Nuff said.
Read moreIn all seriousness, though, this place is a gem. I had a wonderful dining experience here. I ordered the vegan pasta that came with the freshest whole basil leaves I’d ever had. Our waitress also seemed very knowledgeable about the menu. I’d come here again.
Pros: Delicious food, Friendly staff, Beautiful atmosphere
Cons: Expensive

Cross contamination issue HUGE. - Edit
I ordered a vegan baguette which came served in the same basket as my husbands. A slice of meat was hanging out of his sandwich and touching my own. When explaining this to the waiter- they put our sandwiches into separate baskets (already contaminated) and would not listen to me. After around ten minutes of me not eating, another waiter came over to ask the issue and I explained and showed him the meat and cheese in my sandwich basket- this was then changed for a fresh sandwich, which was tasty. Not the best experience for a place that otherwise looked nice. (Please be aware, there are full legs hanging up in the first half of the restaurant where I was sat- some could find this upsetting/off putting.

Slightly slow service but it was an accident! Açaí bowl is very sweet and has a hefty amount of granola, a fan favorite.

Limited choice - Edit
This place is stylish and the vegan and vegetarian choices are clearly marked. The smoothies are brilliant and are the best bit. It’s not a bad choice for a mixed group wanting s nice meal in central Rome but it’s quite expensive and the portions are small. It’s also quite noisy when busy.

Not as good as many think - Edit
It’s very aesthetically pleasing and right in the heart of Rome. BUT, I was there two times, and both times it wasn’t very nice. The waiters were stressed and impolite, the food was over prized and overall not a great experience. It was also very slow service, but the food was ... okay.

Spendy for mediocre food - Edit
Vegan options clearly labeled. No antipasti option, single 1st course choice, two 2nd course choices, or 2 salads were offered other than fruit plates and juices. Saw they also had soy milk milkshakes and a vegan chocolate mousse Service was slow. Food decent, but a little overpriced. Had the salad, linguine and seitan skewer, vegetable medley with roast potatoes. Salad beautiful and delicious, linguine was nothing special. Seitan rather dry and inferior from other places, vegetables overcooked and mushy. Super busy place. Sit inside for a better dining experience. We made error of sitting outside since a sunny afternoon in December were constantly accosted by beggars and hawkers right at our table. Plus smokers all around us.

Most beautiful fruit plate! - Edit
A lively place with some delicious choices for vegans. The tofu and rice was excellent. But do order the fruit plate, it is presented on ice in a gorgeous still life.

Love it - Edit
We stumbled across this restaurant by accident after having to leave another one with none vegan/vegetarian options not even lettuce and tomatoes salad. Absolutely loved it! I had a salad which was huge and my grandma hada sandwich with ham. They also had almond milk which was nice because places here usually only have soy milk.

what? no onions or garlic? - Edit
We went to Ginger for lunch today. My husband got the vegetable soup, I had the potato leek soup, and we shared a Vegano-their tofu based burger. Both soups were puréed and came with tiny toasted croutons.my soup was good. My husband’s was a bland, pea green bowl of meh. The vegans came on a bed of red rice with no flavor, and the ‘burgers’, I think, were raw, and flavorless. It came with a dill cream, and even that had no flavor. The edamame in with the rice was the best tasting part of the dish. It was disappointing.

Not a whole lot of vegan options. I came to have something sweet and light in the afternoon and i had a vegan healthy "waffle", and well.. IT tasted healthy and kind of dry. But the shake i had with IT was delicious with avocado, dates and almond milk. Is located near via del Corso

Took us a while to find, but it was worth it.

The menu has a really good choice of sandwiches, salads, pasta and many other things too. It's suitable for all as it caters for vegetarians/vegans amazingly, but also serves meat (which keeps any families with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian members happy).
I ordered some pomodorini spaghetti and a DELICIOUS mango smoothie called Macao. Their array of smoothies, juices and milkshakes alone is fantastic!

The selection of vegan dishes was acceptable, but not a lot. The vegan steamer basket was great, but my boyfriend's burger was less than average. The atmosphere was cosy and vibrant, and they had a nice selection of wine from their own farm.
