The best and authentic pizza place! - Edit
This is one of my favourite places in Sydney. Every pizza is so good and taste like Italy! It is very popular especially on weekends, so prepare to queue for a while. Althought the line goes very quickly, about in 5-15 minutes.

Distinctive vegan pizza - Edit
I was impressed when I read this restaurant had become completely vegan and ended up coming here twice on my last visit to Sydney. The first time, a Sunday evening, the place was very busy and we had to wait a few minutes to be seated, even though the restaurant is quite large. The staff were friendly and helpful. We ordered a garlic and oregano focaccia as an entree and regretted this because we just ended up eating a whole lot of what was effectively pizza base before our actual pizza and couldn't fit in dessert. The pizza was a Funghi e Radicchio and it was nice enough, but there was a bit too much radicchio and not enough funghi for my liking. We returned the following evening, which was quieter, and ordered a Pepperone Rosso. This was very nice, just a little spicy. Compared to conventional pizza chains, pizzas at this restaurant have a small amount of topping with a relatively large crust, and I'm not sure I like this, traditional as it may be. For dessert we had tiramisu and a scoop each of strawberry sorbet and lemon sorbet, which were all very nice. This will be on the list to visit whenever I'm in Sydney and I'll make my way through the pizza menu.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! - Edit
I've walked past Gigi's so many times and just thought "can't go there, it's a pizza joint." When they went vegan it was a revelation. Even my omni friends love it. So good, and so authentic, and none of the fake plastic cheeses you get on a lot of vegan pizzas — Gigi uses natural ingredients to create creamy textures and umami flavours. It's bloody brilliant!

Congratulations Gigi! To put your beliefs first at the risk of loss of profit is awesome. That can't be lost on the general public. Fabulous people, fabulous pizza.

Gigi ha always been a favourite even before they went plant based, delicious flavours and friendly customer service. Try the cauliflower purée and pine nuts pizza and the chickpea chips! The whole menu is awesome!
