The owners make gelati and sorbeti daily. There is always one soy gelato plus several fruit gelati that are non-dairy. The plain cones are vegan. Open Mon-Sun 11:00-23:00.

Definately ask for which flavours are vegan, nearly half of them are. Only one of them is labelled soya but it is also a no sugar one, as the staff told me it's for diabetics. The ice cream is so rich and creamy and the flavour is amazing. Would come there every day. The staff is also very friendly.

At first I was unsure, as only one ice cream was labelled “soya”, but when I asked it turned out it was a special sugar free one, and the lovely owner pointed out that nearly half of the ice creams/sorbets were vegan! They were the best i’ve ever had, and the owner was so friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a visit!

I had the vegan chocolate and raspberry Ice cream here. The taste was good and the owner is friendly, but it was a little tricky to communicate here. The price is fair, there just aren't that many vegan options (besides sorbet).

After we entered and sought out the sorbet labelled soy we were promptly asked if we were vegan. The owner (or I'm assuming he was the owner) told us he's vegan himself and happily pointed out all the vegan options and there were lots!! My partner had pineapple, chocolate and passion fruit I had strawberry, lemon and raspberry they were absolutely amazing!! We're we're even given advise on which order to eat the flavors to enjoy them best 😂😜 absolutely recommend checking this place out

Of all the gelato places in the surrounding area I chose this one based on it coming up here. Very helpful and entertaining staff who are happy to tell you which options are daily free. Haven't had an ice cream this satisfying for years!

I had a chocolate fondant gelato and raspberry sorbet the first time I went, it was so delicious! The second time I had the chocolate again as well as the sugar free mixed berry soya gelato and the coconut milk gelato. I almost gave it back the second time because the coconut milk was soooooo creamy I thought it had to be dairy but the owner assured me it was just the richness of the coconut milk, he even asked if I was vegan and proceeded to explain to me some of his ingredients and the thought and care he puts into making a vegan gelato that is still authentically Italian! The spot is just down from the Trevi Fountain in the perfect location!

I just tried capuccino which tasted more like caramel and dark chocolate which was absolute bliss. God was it good. What is very nice that the ice cream parlour feels rather authentic and is not one of these polished hipster places.

The owners are so helpful, they tell you all the dairy free options (I had chocolate and passion fruit), then they tell you which is best to try first. I enjoyed it more than the nearby trevi fountain, which was really overcrowded. Lovely place to escape for a vegan treat.

Gelateria Valentino near the Trevi Fountain - Edit
This is a family operation where the owners have their eye on everything. There is always a soy gelato available, like nocciolo or the current offering of Frutta di Bosco which is a light colored fruit gelato with real whole berries inside. The ingredients are local so when you bite into a peach in the peach gelato, know that it has come from this neighborhood. Since I can visit every week, I tend to choose one flavor at a time. If I'm looking for dessert, I choose the fondente which tastes like a chocolate truffle. If it's really hot out, I select a refreshing peach or melon. My friends all pick at least 2 flavors and can never decide which is the better one!The owner will tell you which flavor to eat first to lead you to tasting pleasure. The prices are reasonable and you can walk right up the street and enjoy your gelato at the historical Trevi Fountain. A friendly and gourmand experience, every time.
