Absolutely amazing

Best Indian food I had in KL.
Went once at breakfast and stayed a while and saw them put even more food out at lunch so came back a few days later for lunch. Lunch was even better than breakfast, more selection. Went once at dinner and all the curries and dishes were gone and it seemed like more of a mock-meat grill station only. We didn't eat dinner there because it wasn't as exciting as breakfast/lunch. Breakfast/lunch means 10-15 dishes put out on a rotating basis, slightly heavy on mock meat but plenty of vegetable dishes. Had a guy making fresh breads (can't remember if he was doing naan, roti prata, or dosas or two of those or all three...). In a nice area of other Indian places but this place was highly recommended to us by our Malaysian friend who brought us there, and it didn't disappoint.
They charge you by coming by after you eat and asking what you got (or how many things you ate), so make sure to remember or else it gets pretty confusing.

Pros: Cheap, delicious

Cons: remembering how much you ate at the end

Great tandoori chicken

Typical Indian cheap serves up the neighborhood place, bigger than most of the others in this class. Have a side bar where you can get fried stuff like pakoras, samosas, etc. Have extensive menu with Indian, Chinese, Malay options (heavy on the mock meat) and have grill station where you can get mock tandoori chicken and chicken satay.
Tandoori chicken is pretty good to the real thing (all veggie of course) and my personal favorite to recommend here. Inexpensive

Pros: good tandoori chicken, inexpensive

Cons: not too clean
