Nice atmosphere and good food. They open at 7am which allows you to have a nice breakfast before going on tours.

Many options for vegitarians and vegans-including 3 kinds of veggie burgers (soy, lentils, chickpeas). Had eggs and pancakes for breakfast. Pretty cheap. Definately the only substantial option in Paracas but a good one with lots of variety.

Super friendly and tasty - Edit
I had the vegan soy burger, which was super tasty. They didn't have vegan bun's, but I gave them the recipe for the vegan buns, that we make in the restaurant where I work at home, and they where super happy about it and said, that they will try making them. I also gave them one for vegan mayonnaise. So next time you will probably even get a burger with a bun ;-) I also had the pancakes and a Shake, both was delicious!

they have vegan burgers and advertise it all over their restaurant but well the patties were super delicious the buns themselves weren't actually vegan. they should really get some vegan buns if they advertise vegan burgers. since there are little vegan options in paracas we tried all four patties. our fav was smoked soy. lentil one fell apart a little to much and the chickpea one was under cooked. their fruit shakes made with soy milk are amazing!! we went for vegan pancakes on our last day and even tho they advertise they have breakfast from 7-11 we showed up at 9 and they told us there was no chef around to make the pancakes. After waiting around for another half hour we asked again and then all of a sudden the same girl made them. It made no sense but we got them in the end.

Vegan option in Paracas - Edit
While it's not easy to find a vegan option in Paracas, Fruzion is affordable place with several vegan burgers. The food is average as well as the ambiente. Good option but not outstanding.

Milkshakes of the gods! - Edit
Ordered the soya milk mango vegan milkshake. It was the size of my head, and really really delicious.Tasted like icecream, but much healthier and only 10 soles, which for the size of it was really cheap.
Read moreI also ordered the quinoa burger (vegan). It was tasty, and hit the spot although I was not overwhelmed by it. It could definitely have been improved with a nicer bread bun, some pickles and maybe some vegan mayo? Regardless, it's definitely worth a visit. Order the milkshakes for definite; you won't be disappointed! If you're vegan, don't forget to specifically ask for soya milk.
There are also some tasty looking pancakes on the menu. I was pretty gutted there wasn't a vegan option for that; maybe next time!

Vegan food at the beach - Edit
We arrived in Paracas pretty late and most restaurants were closed. Luckily Fruzion is open until 10:30 pm. They have vegan burgers and can make shakes with soy milk. In addition, they are able to do oatmeal in the AM. The owner is extremely nice and can make accommodations for you. We ate two of the three meals here and that's only because we had a kitchen at our hotel. Thank you!
