My husband and I travel around the US and love finding amazing vegan restaurants. This was exceptional. All the dishes are vegan and deliciously prepared using fresh ingredients. Nice beer selection. We had two servings of the spring rolls. So yummy. The dipping sauce was perfect. We had the hummus that had a hint of basil that was out of this world. I had the blacken tempeh roll and my husband had the cauliflower flat bread. Large portions. We were very full and satisfied. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! We will be going back. ♥️🌱 #Veganuary

Really enjoyed eating here while visiting Florida. Staff were very friendly and helpful, food and drinks were great. Came with non-vegans and they enjoyed their meals as well. Lots of seating with outdoor seating available. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back.

Went a bit reluctantly because I’m always hesitant about places that are like juice bars/healthy bowl vibes. So glad I gave it a shot - I was looking forward to a panini, but the huevos quesadilla special sounded too good to pass up and absolutely was a good choice. It did not feel overly healthy at all like I was worried about (though there are certainly plenty of more healthy options on the menu). You have to try the New York cheesecake - it’s from Sirabellas in NY/NJ area, and I have been ordering them online for years because they are the absolute best. Never saw it in a restaurant before today. Overall super happy and can’t wait to go back!

I go here like 3-4 times a week being it’s the only vegan restaurant in Stuart. Fresh food, friendly service, and great kombucha. Breakfast I love the over night oats, Colorado kale smoothie, “tuna”, and black bean burger grilled cheese are a few of my favorites! Don’t miss this place if you are in the area.

What a great spot! Their made fresh daily juices were delicious and their food just as good. Plus, unlike some high end vegan spots, this place piles the food high on your plate allowing some to take home for leftovers.

I was doing a 21 day cleanse and eliminated sugar, dairy, and gluten. Stopped in while running errands and was VERY impressed! Food was all delicious.

Really enjoy out visit. Lots to choose from. I had the Tuna Chick Wrap wrapped in callard leaves wrap and husband had the Zoodle Pasta Primivera Bowl. Both were huge portions and delicious! I also had a local brewed beet ginger kombucha that was smooth and yummy!

Visiting from out of town - called 30 min before closing and they helped me figure out what I wanted and were super nice. They had a beer cheese soup and grilled cheese (I eat vegan junk food a lot lol) that were both awesome. I got it to go but I also liked all the hanging plants inside.

Fruits and Roots is probably one of my favorite vegan restaurants ever. Everything about it is amazing; the menu was full of delicious vegan & gluten free choices, the service was awesome and very friendly, the place itself was big and really pretty. I got the Buffalo Cauliflower Caesar salad and it was incredible (though it was so spicy I thought I was gonna die). The portions are huge! I highly recommend this place to new vegans and even non-vegans because there is something for everybody’s tastes.

Delightful restaurant with tempting array of choices. I ordered the peanut curry soup and avocado bagel. Soup smelled (and tasted) so good it was gone before I thought to snap a picture. Bagel is beautifully made (just needed a bit of salt) and very satisfying. Well done!

Great Prices and Food! Nice Place and Friendly staff... be careful of the over loaded Garlic on multiple dishes. Got Potatoe Wedges (lots of Garlic) and a Sandwich with Pesto... way too much Garlic for my taste buds. But I'm weak with Garlic.

The menu offers lots of options, so there’s something for everyone. It’s not super cheap, but that’s to be expected. I had the TLT and it was tasty. They didn’t skimp on the avocado! Everything did look pretty basic, though. There’s nothing terribly inventive and unique, but as the only vegan restaurant within miles, I guess there doesn’t have to be! There are lots of smoothies and juices, too, though they’re quite pricey.

This is well worth your time if you are staying anywhere in the area. It is the only fully vegan place in all of Martin County as far as I know. It is an excellent restaurant regardless of being vegan. I go with omni friends all the time, and we all enjoy the flat breads, the bowls, the bean burger, etc. They have a vast array of drinks, too, and "healthy shots" like ACV. I am more into the acai bowl (feels like you're eating dessert) and the garlic rosemary potato (a favorite, I always take an extra order home). The flat breads are great, the soups very hearty, and they always have specials to keep it fresh and entertaining. Again, this is a great restaurant in general, and it happens to be vegan. We need more of these.

The staff were super nice and friendly, the prices were reasonable and the food was great. I had a tempeh sandwich with vegan tuna fish on the side. Tasted fantastic.
