Dishes include burgers, nachos, hot dogs, quesadillas, salads and sides are onion rings, sweet potato fries, calamari, guacamole and more. Beverages offered include beer, wine, tea, coffee, smoothies, and shakes. Accepts custom orders. Est. 2017. Has a cafe location nearby on Calle de Barcelona. Open Mon-Thu 08:00-00:00, Fri-Sat 08:00-00:30, Sun 08:00-00:00. Kitchen closes 30 mins earlier.

Not only do they have great cakes and also ice cream but also the atmosphere is very welcoming and the restaurants interior is super cool. I could not even tell you which cake to try, personally, the cheese cake was my favourite but the white chocolate one was also super good. And the cinnamon buns would make some American bakery's envious😉 Add this on your bucket list for a visit in Madrid!

Freedom Cakes is only around the corner from me so I’m here at least twice a week. The cookies heated up melt in your mouth and the warm cinnamon roll is just out of this world with the cream. Also the best vegan nuggets I have ever tried. Always such a good vibe in this place and the staff are the best, especially Michelle who always looks after me and recommends all her favourites. She’s like a friend to me now! Could not recommend this place enough, I just adore it

El café está rico y ya solo preguntar por la leche y que te contesten que tienen de soja, almendra y avellana es un punto (no lo típico de: "solo entera").

I visited at the beginning of March and it was so amazing, I decided to come again a few days later! The menu is extensive, there is so much choice, from cookie sandwiches to fresh cakes to milkshakes to coffees. They do a cake offer if you buy 4 slices and as you can take them away too, it’s a great deal. Presentation is fantastic and the staff are super friendly and many speak fluent English too. I would recommend taking time to read the menu and make sure to leave run in your tummy, as the desserts are pretty much a meal themselves! You won’t believe it’s 100% vegan!
