Try the Gyoza - Edit
It was my first time trying gyoza and I loved it! I visited in January (2020) and it’s a small menu but everything is amazing- you can’t go wrong!

Staple by now. - Edit
Foodstock is pretty much a staple for (not only) vegans in Bratislava by now and for a good reason! 🙃 Their gyoza is fantastic and we also love their hummus variations and miso. Regular pick when we want to eat outside and still have a comforting, yet relatively wholesome meal. That unfortunatelly also explains why only 4 stars. The more often you eat here the more you notice a slight inconsistency in the food - especially apparent when it comes to hummus' seasoning and texture - and the limited menu will start to bore you (I miss the time when they also served falafel). Despite that Foodstock well deserves its place at the top of the vegan dining and I will recommend it any time.

Very tasty food - Edit
Not a lot of items on the menu but items offered were very very good and tasty, kimchi a bit too spicy for me though Gyoza was perfect. This place has gone vegan now too.

The most amazing miso soup in a could day! The place is simple and cost, the food tasty and healthy, everything is macrobiotic, but the proportions are not too big.

My first miso soup ever - Edit
Well, this place was something special. Maybe it is its location and wide big windows or very kind stuff. Definitely it was because of food! Miso soup was awesome, crunchy tofu aside with nori made it even more perfect. I was full for hours. My brother had tasty gyoza dumplings but I would rather have them for snack than main meal. Next time I will try out their hummus for sure.

Dumplings - Edit
The dumplings were nice, although I couldn't really taste what was inside the dumplings. It was mostly sweet soy sauce and crunch. But a nice snack.

A Quick, Filling and Tasty Lunch - Edit
My girlfriend and I ate lunch at Foodstock immediately after returning to the city from our day trip to Devin Castle. We couldn’t have found a better spot to have a quick, filling and tasty lunch for a surprisingly cheap price. It’s a small bistro on the border of the Old Town, 100% vegan, oriental themed and known for its crispy vegetable gyozas in teriyaki sauce. They also offer XL bowls of miso soup with tofu, or you can combine miso soup with the gyozas for a cheaper price. Three flavours of hummus are available, with strips of homemade bread. Its one euro for two small strips, so we ordered six.

Just go for the gyoza - Edit
Went to FoodStock for lunch and ordered gyoza and kimchi. Both were very good, but I would definitely recommend you to try the gyoza. They also have hummus and homemade bread, and that’s all, as far as I could see. Good thing it’s all plant based! Now, the staff was not very welcoming, so that’s the only reason I’m giving it 3 stars.

Cons: Limited menu , Staff was not kind , A bit pricey for what they offer
