Delicious

It was great to have a veg restaurant in the terminal. It is right outside gate A1 at Seattle Tacoma. This is the first place that I've seen a vegan French dip. It didn't disappoint. The coffee was great and the staff was extremely friendly. 5 Stars!

Great to find at SeaTac

Wonderful to have somewhere like this to eat within the airport. I had the “Italian Burger”, made from black beans, which was lovely. Nice texture and flavour.

Pros: Airport location, Wide range of menu options, Friendly staff

Oasis in the desert!

When I lived in Seattle I really liked Cafe Flora. I always thought it was so odd that the Seattle airport had very limited veg food options. On my layover, I thought I'd just check HappyCow. So glad I did! Floret has a very similar menu to Cafe Flora. I had a cinnamon roll and though I really wanted biscuits snd gravy, thought that might be a bit much. So, I got a side of gravy. It's so good! This is hands down the best food at SeaTac.

Pros: Menu labels vegan options, Really great gravy, Vegan cinnamon rolls

Cons: Expensive

Soooooo good!

What a fabulous find! All vegetarian and vegan food. Super knowledgeable and friendly staff, quality ingredients and amazing food. The mushroom baguette sandwich with French dip is simply to die for and their yam fries are incredible. They even have a grab-and-go section with vegan/vegetarian snacks if you can’t sit down for a meal and are on the run. Highly recommended by two happy vegans.

Pros: Delicious food, Clean and welcoming ambiance , Amazing staff and fast service

Vegan To Go Options

I was delighted to find that they have a small stand out front with Vegan to go options, including a very tasty sriracha tofu noodle bowl.

Best airport meal I’ve had

It’s nice to be able to get a fresh superfood salad in the airport! My husband got the Forager’s scramble with tofu and potatoes. He seemed to enjoy it. I understand that it’s the airport, but our server seemed very rushed even though it wasn’t very busy. That’s really my only complaint.

Pros: Fresh, Most items can be made vegan

Cons: service could be better

For airport food, you can’t beat it.

Definitely a treat to have a solid meal offered at the airport, rather than getting a veggie sub at subway or praying there’s an Asian restaurant that offers some options!

My boyfriend and I split the Yam Fries to start (a must get, so delicious) and I ordered the Southern Farmer plate made vegan with tofu. Normally I’m hesitant on tofu scrambles due to lack of flavor, but Floret’s was solid. Salty and noochy. My boyfriend got the Biscuit Sandwich with egg and a side salad, and he really enjoyed it as well.

The atmosphere of the place is really nice too—peaceful and calming, which for an airport can be hard to come by!

We’re at the airport? Really?

I’m sitting here at SeaTac, waiting for my connecting flight, and contentedly digesting what was by far the best meal I’ve ever eaten at an airport. Heck, it was a fantastic meal regardless of location. The fact that it was in a place where my family and I usually have few-to-no decent food options made it all the more welcome.

Floret, an offshoot of the popular Cafe Flora, opened just last month. And boy am I glad they did! The whole experience was wonderful. My daughter and I had the Italian burgers — homemade black bean patties with flavorful condiments on a potato roll — with sides of yam fries, and we shared a taco platter and crispy chipotle Brussels sprouts. For dessert, huge slices of cake (one raspberry cream, one coconut almond) with mango sauce. We devoured it all. It was superb. Cute, comfortable space, too.

Living in Alaska, we pass through SeaTac with some frequency. We usually try to give ourselves a lengthy layover just so we can hop on the light rail and go somewhere for a good vegetarian meal. Now we can enjoy an awesome lunch or dinner here without having to do that. Very highly recommended!

Pros: Delicious food, Friendly wait staff, Comfortable space

Cons: A little pricey (but worth it, especially at an ai

Vegan and GF options at SEA-TAC

I loved the seat down menu. I wish they would let you take some dishes (like the hamburgers) as a carry out. The take away section was good.
Enjoy.

a layover blessing

Missing my flight never tasted so good! Delicious, modifiable, local, and not any meat in sight. I know I'll be here again on my next layover.

Taking the grumpy out of going to the airport.

Truly the only airport meal I can ever remember really enjoying (in any airport anywhere in the world). I had the Southern Platter and was satisfied to the last bite. Seattle is so lucky to have this airport gem. Don’t miss this spot when at SeaTac!

Pros: peaceful atmosphere (this is rare at the airport!), great food, nice people

Cons: not a one
