Wonderful mini-version of Cafe Flora with a convenient location in the airport. - Edit
I had the vegan version of the Southern Slam, the greens were a little different but it was 90% of the same great taste as the main restaurant. Obviously the atmosphere here is not as wonderful as the main restaurant but it’s really nice and exceptionally good for airport food. They are also open really early which is a huge plus. The restaurant is also really clean and has really nice staff too.

Best airport breakfast we’ve ever had - Edit
We are regular diners at Cafe Flora, so we were really excited to finally get to try Floret before flying out of SeaTac. It was great to finally have the option of a sit down, full breakfast at the airport. A bit more limited in scope than Flora, but delicious nonetheless. Our server, Michael, was also very pleasant at 7:00 in the morning! They also have a great vegan grab & go selection, which is a plus if you are in a hurry and can’t sit down.

5 star airport dining!!! - Edit
I was so excited to find this vegetarian restaurant with delicious vegan choices on the menu in SEATAC! About half of the menu is vegan (the other half has cheese), and the desserts are both vegan! I had the black bean burger and yam fries and everything was incredibly delicious and filling. I had been thinking about dessert, but was too full. Don't even hesitate if you're in SeaTac, this restaurant is delicious!

Best airport meal ever! - Edit
Floret is a quantum leap forward in airport dining - for us vegans especially, but really for anyone who enjoys good food and drink. I arrived a bit before noon on a weekday, and was able to treat myself to a brunch of Summer Scramble with seasoned tofu, squash and kale; a Bloody Mary; and a soy latte. Everything was beautifully presented and delicious. The atmosphere and service exceeded my expectations as well.

Great vegan airport food - Edit
Early morning and I did not expect to find anything to eat before my overseas flight, and when I saw Floret on the cow I knew I had to try it. I was not dissapointed! Had an amazing avocado toast with some coffee, and they even have oat milk! I'll no longer have to worry that I will stay hungry flying out of Sea-Tac!

Great food and service - Edit
This is some of the vegan/vegetarian food I have had at any restaurant, not just compared to other airport options! The smoked kale was very tasty and the tacos were fantastic. I really loved the salsa, which always sounds easy but few places do a decent job. They do!

Amazing option at the airport! - Edit
I loved how there was a place in an airport that had clearly labeled vegan options! They had a lot of options for vegans!!! The tofu scramble has amazing flavor (it kinda tasted like nutritional yeast)! The potatoes were a little plain but the meal overall was very good! Also, they had a vegan cinnamon roll and vegan biscuits and gravy!

Delicious - Edit
It was great to have a veg restaurant in the terminal. It is right outside gate A1 at Seattle Tacoma. This is the first place that I've seen a vegan French dip. It didn't disappoint. The coffee was great and the staff was extremely friendly. 5 Stars!

Wonderful to have somewhere like this to eat within the airport. I had the “Italian Burger”, made from black beans, which was lovely. Nice texture and flavour.

Oasis in the desert! - Edit
When I lived in Seattle I really liked Cafe Flora. I always thought it was so odd that the Seattle airport had very limited veg food options. On my layover, I thought I'd just check HappyCow. So glad I did! Floret has a very similar menu to Cafe Flora. I had a cinnamon roll and though I really wanted biscuits snd gravy, thought that might be a bit much. So, I got a side of gravy. It's so good! This is hands down the best food at SeaTac.

What a fabulous find! All vegetarian and vegan food. Super knowledgeable and friendly staff, quality ingredients and amazing food. The mushroom baguette sandwich with French dip is simply to die for and their yam fries are incredible. They even have a grab-and-go section with vegan/vegetarian snacks if you can’t sit down for a meal and are on the run. Highly recommended by two happy vegans.

Best airport meal I’ve had - Edit
It’s nice to be able to get a fresh superfood salad in the airport! My husband got the Forager’s scramble with tofu and potatoes. He seemed to enjoy it. I understand that it’s the airport, but our server seemed very rushed even though it wasn’t very busy. That’s really my only complaint.

For airport food, you can’t beat it. - Edit
Definitely a treat to have a solid meal offered at the airport, rather than getting a veggie sub at subway or praying there’s an Asian restaurant that offers some options!
Read moreMy boyfriend and I split the Yam Fries to start (a must get, so delicious) and I ordered the Southern Farmer plate made vegan with tofu. Normally I’m hesitant on tofu scrambles due to lack of flavor, but Floret’s was solid. Salty and noochy. My boyfriend got the Biscuit Sandwich with egg and a side salad, and he really enjoyed it as well.
The atmosphere of the place is really nice too—peaceful and calming, which for an airport can be hard to come by!

We’re at the airport? Really? - Edit
I’m sitting here at SeaTac, waiting for my connecting flight, and contentedly digesting what was by far the best meal I’ve ever eaten at an airport. Heck, it was a fantastic meal regardless of location. The fact that it was in a place where my family and I usually have few-to-no decent food options made it all the more welcome.
Read moreFloret, an offshoot of the popular Cafe Flora, opened just last month. And boy am I glad they did! The whole experience was wonderful. My daughter and I had the Italian burgers — homemade black bean patties with flavorful condiments on a potato roll — with sides of yam fries, and we shared a taco platter and crispy chipotle Brussels sprouts. For dessert, huge slices of cake (one raspberry cream, one coconut almond) with mango sauce. We devoured it all. It was superb. Cute, comfortable space, too.
Living in Alaska, we pass through SeaTac with some frequency. We usually try to give ourselves a lengthy layover just so we can hop on the light rail and go somewhere for a good vegetarian meal. Now we can enjoy an awesome lunch or dinner here without having to do that. Very highly recommended!

Truly the only airport meal I can ever remember really enjoying (in any airport anywhere in the world). I had the Southern Platter and was satisfied to the last bite. Seattle is so lucky to have this airport gem. Don’t miss this spot when at SeaTac!
