Not bad - Edit
Listen, it’s airport food. It’s pre-made. I got the vegan breakfast burrito from grab-and-go. It was piping hot and filled my belly before the next leg of my journey, and I appreciate that. There is very little I like about air travel, especially trying to find vegan options on the go in an airport. This exceeded my expectations.

Quick Service, Few Vegan Options - Edit
One of very few places you can sit down and have a vegan meal in any airport I've visited. The food was tasty, however there are only 2 options on their breakfast/lunch menu that are vegan, 3 if you include the yam fries (however everything is vegetarian). The service was friendly and speedy. The food was good, but nothing special. The two vegan options were a breakfast burrito and avocado toast.

Should be 1 Star - Edit
This is the dumbest place I think I’ve ever encountered on all of my travels. Why create a Vegetarian restaurant that literally only has ONE disgusting premade, uninspired vegan option? What is the point of this place?! Do they not know that vegan eggs and vegan cheese exist? What crowd is this for?? Qdoba across the hall has more vegan friendly options, this places is a damn joke and should be ashamed of its very existence.

Quick bite vs. sitdown - Edit
I went through Seattle to and from a destination and on the way there I purchased the vegan wrap in the cooler and it was okay, cabbage and tofu but nothing amazing tbh. BUT on my way back I sat in the restaurant section and ordered the jackfruit sandwich with yam fries and it was delicious! Both times the service was extremely friendly. I also love that they serve stumptown coffee!

All about it - Edit
What a delight. Vegetarian cafe at SEA. At LAX Terminal 3 we have vegan Real Food Daily, but this is the only other v or veg restaurant I know of at any airport. And I travel a LOT. Theres something off the hook about the v and veg scenes cause even *at the airport* the staff here Is just happy and diverse and gender fluid and - thank goodness we can assemble in an otherwise consumeristic/chain business type of environment. Real plants edge the dining area. The kitchen focus is on comfort foods with some Western Mex thrown in. I’m high raw and try to eat as clean as I can even traveling, so I had the ceasar (it was awesome) and chili - both are vegan. Best of all, Floret must get that they’re at an airport and my food was out in less than 7 min. Thank you! I’d give Floret 5 stars but it serves cheese and egg and that’s just my personal score system but it really is an oasis at an airport.

I have no idea how good the food might have been because they closed almost 30 minutes before the listed time. UPDATE: On my return, it was open and I will say that it was delightful. Delicious. I’m very glad that I gave it a second try.

It can be quite difficult to be vegan at airports, but this place makes it easy. Got a Floret burrito with hot sauce and a kombucha, and then I was on my way to my gate in no time.

Best food at SeaTac airport. - Edit
I love this place. I almost never leave reviews but I feel like I have to share this place with the world. So many vegan options and you don't feel like you're missing out on anything. I work at SeaTac airport and go here frequently. Food is always fresh and delicious. Staff is awesome. Been there dozens of times with no complaints. My absolute favorite is the biscuits and gravy with a side of tofu scramble. Completely vegan! Second favorite is the avocado toast. Coffee and snacks are really good too. Vegan and GF items are all clearly listed. The only reason I don't go more often is because I will seriously buy a $12 plate slathered in gravy every single work day if I don't control myself. My wallet and waistline can't afford it. Highly recommended!

Fast service - Edit
Great little place for a sit down, quick bite before or after the flight. The avocado toast was okay delicious. Little too mushy avocado and little too oily and really small for $11. The bbq jackfruit burger was yummy and the vegan coconut cake had a good consistency, but not enough flavor and too much sugar frosting. The rosemary lavender lemonade was heavenly. Although there were lots of waitresses we had to wait to be seated, because they were not paying attention. The food came very fast though. Looking at the short selection of the menu, there were not a lot of vegan options and garlic seems to be the favorite ingredient in most of the dishes. Purchased the tofu curry sandwich to go and was disappointed eating it on the plane. It was made with untasty mushy bread and not a bit of greens, just curried tofu. You can do better Floret. I’ll be back.

Most items can be made vegan. Delicious coffee (free refills). Chilaquiles were tasty, but salsa was a little sweet for me. Good portion sizes. Pricey, but not terrible for airport inflation.

Hurrah! We finally flew so we could eat at Floret. The food and service was just as lovely as at the Madison location. Airport-environment, but not airport food. The portions were huge. Food and drinks were delicious. So great to have this option at Sea-Tac Airport.

was let down - Edit
I prepared to be wowed but was disappointed. The vegan chilaquiles were very oversalted, and I like salty food. I had a cocktail (lemon rosemary something?) but the flavor was pretty weak. The soy latte was good and so was the service.
Read moreI would go back if I am ever in that airport again though. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day.
Be careful if you're in a hurry- there's a time between breakfast and lunch when they don't serve any food. There was a line too- it seemed pretty hectic.
It was a good place to sit for awhile and work on my laptop.

Refreshing airport fuel - Edit
Half their menu is vegan including the cinnamon rolls, biscuits and gravy. They also have a grab and go station and sell Theo chocolates. Kambucha on tap was very good. Price is high, but so is all airport food. Avocado toast was very good, a little heavy handed on the sesame drizzle, but this will be my stop from now one when at this airport. Staff was great and food came out in good time

As a frequent traveler who lives off airport French fries it's extremely refreshing to run across such an amazing veg restaurant in an airport. The breakfast and lunches are equally amazing. The mushroom French dip is a favorite for lunch. The southern breakfast is a hit for the morning! Can't go wrong here.

amazing airport vegan food - Edit
The forager scramble with tofu is delicious, and so is their rosemary lemonade. There was another scramble I got in the fall that was really exceptional, with tons of flavor (well spiced) with zucchini and cherry tomatoes. The yam fries with the cayenne aioli is also worth getting. The only thing I've been disappointed with was the chai latte - way too much cinnamon, and wasn't what I would prefer for creaminess and spiciness. I travel the Pacific Northwest, and a few other places quite often for work, and this place can't be beat as far as airport vegan options! Floret makes it much more desirable to layover in Seattle for Alaska flights, and I'd almost rather stop at Floret than take a nonstop😄

Finally! - Edit
For years I hated traveling for work because I was always hungry once I got to the airport and there were no vegan options. Floret has all the favourites from Cafe Flora (biscuits and gravy for breakfast!) incredible lattes (my favourite is the oat milk lavender, they have decaf espresso too) and great grab and go’s if you’re in a hurry. Staff has always been quick and friendly - can’t say I’d be that way always dealing with grumpy travelers!
