Grateful Floret is here, it’s a great option for a filling meal at SeaTac. Prices are high but a given since it’s in the airport. They have both a sit down and a grab and go section.

Wish it were all vegan. If you have time, the eat-in area is better than the takeout. The restaurant also has more affordable options, like the delicious overnight oats.

My wife and I were waiting for our flight and went to Floret to sit down and eat something. I got the hummus dish with bread, it was super delicious. My wife got the black beans burger but we didn’t like the sauce there. So I don’t recommend the burger.

There were 2 vegan baked good options. Thebrownie was really good and the muffin was fine. They sell Justin‘s dark chocolate peanut butter cups! The Alaska Airlines meal vouchers don’t work there unfortunately

Finding great options in airport is often a challenge, saw many good reviews but to me it was not worth it. I had the Portobello French Dip, removed the cheese to make it vegan (so, they do not have vegan cheese), the dip was good and mushrooms on point, however I can’t say this was incredible. Staff was nice and quick to serve, pricey (because you are at the airport terminal).

I never drink when I fly, even if it’s free. It’s my thing. But when I saw a vegetarian (with plenty of vegan options) restaurant at the actual airport that served drinks, I had no choice. I had to indulge in a proper vegan Bloody Mary.

Go-to when we fly - Edit
Floret is our go-to option when we fly out of Sea-Tac. The food is usually really good and hands down the best airport food I’ve ever had. The staff have always been friendly. If the sit down portion of the restaurant isn’t open we’ll stop by the grab and go area. They always have some vegan options including a yummy burrito.

After an hour in the infamous SeaTac security lines, this is a great reward for vegans. Located close to the end of your security ordeal with quick service. I love the Portobello French Dip. Don't forget to ask for it to be vegan. (It comes with cheese.).

I had the vegan burrito from the to go section and it was really delicious. My flight was in the B terminal and this is in A, but super close to the beginning so easy and quick to get to. The burrito was $10 plus tax.

I had the vegan French Dip, and it was great tasting. I will say that it was a bit expensive overall. I think that is just the case for most things on the menu here. That said, I will probably go back to try their cinnamon buns someday.

We stopped by the grab-and-go counter and got the potato and tofu burrito, which was nice and filling and was packed with flavor. The other option I could spot on the menu was a spicy hummus wrap. We were short on time so I’m not sure what other options they have available. Vegan options are clearly marked on the menu which is always a plus.

Read moreMy friend and I really enjoyed breakfast platter and forager scramble, though the crispy potatoes were cold, hard, and tasteless (would have better fried with onions). And a wrap to go was a welcome substitute for the bland Alaska Air ancient grain bowl.
Note to Happy Cow: How about an airline food review section? Many of the international carriers have delish veg foods. And of course the US carriers do not.
