Just Ok (updated to very good) - Edit
Was unable to sit and eat, so I went to their grab n go. I got the one vegan option: a tofu burrito with sweet potatoes and greens. I was happy to have something protein based, but on the whole, it was flavorless, and the tortilla seemed old. That being said, better than the options vegans usually get.

Options - Edit
The cinnamon roll was delicious, a bit sweet. The avocado toast was very good, but quite expensive for what you get. Drink were decent, again high price of an airport. Glad to have the options though.

Wow! Who knew you could find truly exceptional vegan food at an airport restaurant? The scramble was perfect and a tasty cup of coffee to accompany the meal. The staff understood that service should be quick and did a great job being efficient without making you feel rushed.

Sweet and Crispy Tofu Sandwich - Edit
I was walking around SeaTac and thinking how beautiful and modern a space it was, and how nice it would be if there was a vegetarian place to eat at... I opened happy cow only to find that I was standing right in front of one!
Read moreI sat at the counter and ordered a spicey tofu sandwich with an Asian style slaw as per the friendly bartender's recommendation. It totally hit the spot, but the serving was so massive that I couldn't finish it! The main dishes are definitely big enough for two to share.
Also, the vegan garlic aioli was amazing! (Good thing I'm flying alone though.)

Vegetarian Food - Edit
Floret at SeaTac has both a grab-and-go counter and full service dine-in seating. The grabngo menu seems friendly to the general public with simpler options than their dinein menu. Rather than trying to make popular dishes vegetarian, their dishes feature veggies foremost. I tried the black bean burger for $20 and ate the whole thing and every last fry. The soup of the day was Vegetable and there was 2 vegan dessert options

Best airport food ever! - Edit
I had an awesome vegan and gluten free breakfast plate with a vegan latte while recovering from a red eye flight in Seattle. Floret makes me want to go out of my way to fly through Seattle.

The Sweet & Spicy Crispy Tofu Sandwich with Yam Fries was delicious and fast. I'd gladly eat the same meal out of an airport, and I don't know if that's something I've ever said about an airport meal.

The Best Airport Food - Edit
If you are vegan you know how hard it can be to find vegan options at the airport. However, I love having layovers in Seattle just for the reason that I get to stop and eat at Floret. I have been a total of four times over the last 5 years and it's always a treat! Their cinnamon rolls are an absolute must, you can't go wrong with the caesar salad, and the sweet and spicy tofu sandwich is to die for!! The prices are actually pretty reasonable for the airport and I also don't mind as an occasional treat. The location is right after security so it's very convenient and easy to find. Overall a great selection of vegan options that are very tasty.

Vegetarian and vegan in an airport! - Edit
The vegan crispy tofu sandwich is delicious! I didn’t notice it came with sweet potato fries so got chips and was a bit overwhelmed by salt. I’ll try to get a side salad or something next time instead of the fries. I really wanted to try the cinnamon roll and coconut cake but at 9pm both were out.

Floret is SEAs Best option for an actual meal. They are in the Cafe Flora family, and have extending high standards. Flora specializes in vegetarian food work little processing; They don't do meat substitutes besides tofu. Their tofu sandwich is also *incredible*, absolutely recommend it.
Read moreThe breakfast tofu scramble is really wonderful, my partner and I have been enjoying it for years. If you don't like potatoes, I urge you to give theirs a shot. And the iconic cinnamon rolls are really amazing, but are large enough to be a meal on their own.
Most things on the menu can be made vegan, currently they do not have vegan cheese.
Whatever you get, the balanced flavors and perfect textures never disappoint.
Pros: tofu scramble, beautiful decor, wonderful staff
Cons: only available in the airport!

Not as good at the real deal, but 5* for SEA - Edit
Amazing to have a vegetarian restaurant so close to my gate in the airport. Cafe Flora is better of course, but this is amazing for an airport. I rate based on relative availability of vegan food, and this is an east 5*.

Good options for vegans - Edit
I ordered a hot vegan burrito, enough comes with tofu, roasted yams, greens, and pepper aioli. I got an almond tahini bowl to go. The burrito cost $13 and it’s about medium size, but filling. I would definitely come again.

What a treat! Arrived early and hungry at the airport and discovered Floret. Went for the seemingly pricey vegan cinnamon roll, only to find it isn’t so pricey when you could feed 2 or 3 with it! Yummy!

Excellent Vegan Options - Edit
It makes me so happy that we have a place to go in the airport! At the walk up - Excellent vegan burrito, excellent vegan brownie, and excellent cold brew! The burrito is sweet potatoes, kale and tofu - works for breakfast or lunch/dinner. They also had a vegan cold Asian noodle salad, vegan strawberry muffin, bananas and GT’s kombucha. Friendly service as well! (Separate sit down menu with vegan options too!)

WOW. If you have the time, this fully vegetarian sit-down airport cafe (!!!) is an absolute must-stop at SEA. I think this is some of the best airport food I’ve ever had. Plenty of vegan options. The Sweet and Spicy Crispy Tofu sandwich plus the yam fries did it for me!!!! So so delicious. I enjoyed my Cardamom-rose oat milk latte as well. Quick service; I was in and out in under half an hour with a full belly on my flight. Such a treat to be able to get a sit-down hot vegan meal at an airport. 🥹 Top recommendation!

YUM! And they have muffins!! - Edit
This place is a gem— they have far more vegan options than I was expecting lol and they have delicious apple cinnamon muffins! (The muffins are so fluffy and moist— sry for the ppl that hate that word but it’s true 😂) And coconut cake too! It’s all in their display case— it’s a walk through place so no tables specifically for the place but there are other tables all around the airport to sit at.

Great Spot! Tofu Sandwich during lunch - Edit
I missed the breakfast menu by minutes (boo) but they had a spicy tofu sandwich with cole slaw and yam fries. Chipotle aioli dipping sauce was great with the fries. Sandwich was good, tofu was a bit soft for it being the main component of the sandwich. Decent prices for vegan airport food. Definitely trying the cinnamon bun on my next layover.
