Delicious Vegan and GF - Edit
My husband and I stopped in for the first time , the staff is very helpful and understands not only vegan but food allergies. They have a great assortment of GF items. I had a tofu wrap on a GF bean wrap and it’s the most delicious and fresh I’ve had out! My husband had the signature burger and he said it’s the best burger ever!

Best Cuban around - Edit
This place is awesome. I'm visiting from out of state but come to Tampa every few months. This is the first time trying out this place. I think I may have found my go to vegan restaurant. I got the California Cuban. It was also my first time having Tofurkey slices and this place makes me want to make my own sandwiches with them. Decent selection of food and decent prices. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

My husband and I went to farmacy for lunch and both got the beyond meat vegan burger, which came with a side of plantain chips. Delicious! They have a homemade sauce that is kind of like thousand island and the "pickles" are very crispy pickled cucumbers. The plantains were perfectly salty, but not too salty. I also got the chick pea "(Dill)licious" salad and it was to die for! My husband has a sweet tooth and got a sticky bun which made both of us question how vegan it was because the icing was so creamy and delicious! Great place and very friendly and knowledgeable staff! The store it's in is pretty awesome too, it took all of my strength not to binge shop for all of the goodies!

Nice place to get a vegan grab-and-go lunch. The have a handful of wraps/sandwiches and some prepared lunch items like lasagna. I had the wrap with smoked tempeh. It was fresh and flavorful.
Read moreThey also have a huge number of desserts, including lots of gluten free ones. I had trouble choosing, since they had lots of delicious-sounding options. After quite a bit of deliberation, I went for a peach-apple donut. It was really, really good. The frosting and dough were perfectly balanced - fruity and sweet, but not cloyingly so. I would love to go back and try more of their sweets.

My daughter and I went here several months back. She had the lentil soup I had the wrap. I thought the wrap was very small and a needs to add more flavor. My daughters "lentil" soup was also a bit bland. It says lentil soup, but she was hard pressed to find more than a few lentils floating around. They really should call it vegetable soup. These two items cost around $16 or so. We wanted to try the desserts. I had the sticky bun and my daughter had a doughnut. I LOVED the sticky bun! So yummy! My daughter enjoyed her doughnut. However, these two items cost us $11 or so. I would go back for the bakery items. Seating is a challenge, very limited.

My family came in close to closing and the staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. The food was really fresh and flavorful. Amazing baked goods! I'm happy we tried it out.

Tampa has really been stepping its game up lately and this is just the icing on the cake. I absolutely love the sticky buns and the avocado VLT. Both are so tasty and make me wish I lived closer. I can't wait to try more things on the menu!

Great for a downtown lunch - Edit
It's been a while since Tampa Bay has seen an exclusively vegan cafe. The fare is light, better suited for a quick and healthy lunch as opposed to a filling family dinner. The salads and fresh juices are prepped daily which is nice, but I think it's the desserts that really make Farmacy stand out.
