All vegan and a lot of variety of options - Edit
This is a great spot with prepared options or options made to order, including hot and cold items. It really had a good variety of pretty yummy foods, burgers, sandwiches and wraps, salads, tons of desserts, etc. it’s seem to have variety of healthy and more indulgent things like vegan lasagna and mac & cheese, but also some really good salads and wraps. Cute spot inside a little grocery store (the grocery store is definitely not vegan). One thing I didn’t love is that they had a ton of meat and cheese right in the display shelf next to all the vegan food. I’m assuming that food belonged to the other part of the grocery store, and not the little vegan deli but I wish they wouldn’t store it there.

The Prescription for Great Food - Edit
Farmacy is a delicious place to eat. They have great vegan options. They are attached to an urban grocery store, with lots of vegan options, so you can shop while you wait. With the wonderful weather in Tampa, you can eat inside or outside. One struggle is there is no dedicated parking, but if you call they can give you some good suggestions where to park. The food is a bit pricey but worth it. They do the impossible burger really well.

We enjoyed the food there. The kitchen and the team felt very disorganized but otherwise everything we tried was very good.

DOH!nuts, flavorfull Vegan donuts & more! - Edit
Chocolate, vanilla, etc. Many flavorful and colorful Vegan donuts. Great sandwiches, entrees like vegan Lasagna, great salads & smoothies. Nice vegan staff.. in artsy downtown grocery store. The Farmacy in the Duckweed urban grocery is a one of the few all vegan menu spots in downtown Tampa Fl.

We love it here! It's clean and quaint and offers excellent customer service. They have an obvious passion for fresh, great quality Vegan food that makes this place is a must. They also have a really nice selection of yummy Vegan sweet treats! Specialty cakes are also available and made by order via online.

Delicious! - Edit
This place was a gem to find! Stuck in downtown Tampa waiting on a delayed flight and we had no idea where to go, but this place has it all! And a patio area to hang out and relax while eating. Bonus: the people are super friendly and kind! Highly recommended.

Back-of-grocery store kitchen is 100% vegan - Edit
Excellent, fresh wraps including tofu jerk, sandwich including a Cuban, and hot entree items like lasagna. Lots of great dessert options including doughnuts, cupcakes, and banana chocolate chip bread.
Read moreTwo years new at the close of 2018, the store is located in the back of Urban Duckweed Market. Customers get menu items from the vegan cafe and beverages and other items from the grocer, and then pay at the register.
Staff are friendly, hard working and answer all questions. Only two tables outside, and we were approached twice during meal by locals for money and lighters.
Some menu items use processed substitutes including Impossible Burger and Beyond Meat.
Pros: Delicious fresh food, Helpful staff, 100% vegan
Cons: No signage for cafe outside due to zoning, Limited parking near restaurant , Some use of processed meat substitutes

1/3 $$ restaurant 2/3 $$ market. Vegan options! Life saving convenient location... Probably the reason why it was somewhat pricey $$... Overall, the restaurant/market has a fair variety of options for curious future vegans.

Great DT lunch spot - Edit
My wife’s office is pretty close, so this is our Go To meeting spot for lunch sometimes. It’s located inside Duckweed. Get there early or call ahead for pick up because service can be a bit slow. Don’t let any of the cons sway you, the food is worth it.

Amazing food - Edit
The location of this little place is kind of strange, but the food totally makes up for it. I got the farmacy burger which is actually the Impossible burger, and it was amazing. The suave really made it. Their pastries are also amazing and you can’t even tell they’re vegan! Took my non vegan sister here and she loved the food!

Good food but VERY long wait - Edit
We waited over an hour for two waffles. They were really yummy, and they have an excellent selection of V/GF baked goods, but an hour wait is outrageous. The cashier mentioned it might be a wait but he said “check back in 15 minutes”, so I wish he would have given us a better idea of just how long it would be. The menu is also a little small, and it’s located within a grocery shop

My boyfriend and I unfortunately didn't like it. Pretty place with nice people. I got the wrap and my bf got the Cuban sandwich. On the plus side the portions were big. The doughnuts were pretty good. The mac&"cheese" was the best!!! That is a must try!

Must Go When in Tampa!!! - Edit
I have some friends in Tampa and whenever I visit them I value giving Farmacy and equally important visit. The Cuban sandwich is fantastic (coming from a Cuban) I always get the cinnamon rolls (if they still have any left) and whatever other bakery deserts they have available, I have never had anything here that was less than perfect!!!!

fantastic vegan eats! - Edit
We visited on a Saturday morning and had the berry waffles and an Impossible burger! Both were better than any non-vegan version I've had before! The waffles had a great crunch to them and a nice chewy but fluffy texture inside. The burger was to die for, with the pretzel bun and the Farmacy Sauce! I just wish they had fries to go with it!

When I took my first bite of the Farmacy burger I felt as if I had made a horrible mistake, there was no way it was vegan! I had to ask if it was really vegan before I inhaled the rest of the meal. We decided to have a sweet treat and OH MY GOODNESS, you MUST try the avocado brownie. Great experience and will absolutely be back.
