Vegan Bene - Edit
The Vegan Bene was good, but experience overall wasn’t. 1 hour wait at front desk (and not because tables were full). Service spotty.

breakfast deserves five stars! - Edit
evviva has a dedicated vegan menu with so many options, including a vegan drink menu and even a vegan kids menu. i got an iced maple latte with oat milk, which was just perfectly sweet and the coffee had good taste. for breakfast i got the eggs benedict. i was so surprised to find that they somehow were able to make the vegan eggs runny like normal eggs. i was so impressed and it tasted very good. the potatoes were served with it and there was a good amount. however, when i called to make a reservation and the service during breakfast was only okay. the staff wasn’t very engaging, but i can’t say i blame them as it was 7:30 in the morning.

Would give 5 if I could - Edit
Vegan eggs Sunny side up and the BEST vegan bacon I’ve ever had. I’m sure it’s a brand, but it’s so so good. And combo with the inventive eggs really hit the spot for a big traditional breakfast! Highly recommend

The sunny side up vegan eggs were great! I ordered them with a side of soy bacon which is a must! It went so well together.

Unreal Eggs Benny - Edit
Had the vegan eggs Benedict. Blown away by the runny eggs, and everything tasted awesome. Loved the arugula salad for some freshness on the plate.

Great breakfast! - Edit
So many vegan options, including a vegan kids menu. Both sweet and savoury breakfast items. Pancakes were fluffy and covered in berries, with coconut whipped cream. If you get the side of “crispy” soy bacon, specify that you actually want it crispy, or it will come out kind of soggy and weird (but they fixed it immediately!). Everyone in the family was happy here.

Amazing vegan options. Runny yolk egg was incredible. Plating was beautiful. We came at 8:30 on a Friday morning and were seated right away. Checked vax cards and ID.

Super good. Vegan menu, we tried three options. On weekends there are no reservations but you should just wait. On weekdays on reservations (or waiting). Very popular.

Vegan Drink and Food Menu - Edit
So many options! I had the vegan iced latte, which was a decent latte. The French Toast….omg…soooo delicious. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with a yummy blueberries compote and coconut whip cream. Nothing was overly sweet which was so nice. The space was beautiful.

THE BEST VEGAN BREAKFAST - Edit
Hands down the best vegan breakfast I've ever had. The vegan menu is so creative and unique and like nothing I've seen before!!! I got the vegan eggs Benedict which was surprisingly delicious. It had a vegan sunny side up egg which actually kind of freaked me out at first because the "yolk" was runny!! So fascinating!! I also ordered the French toast and a Ruben sandwich which were both delicious!! Seriously though, this is an amazing breakfast or brunch spot and it is worth a visit.
