a vegan bakery at Disney?! but...

I am so glad this place exists in Disney Springs, but the quality of their items is pretty weak, especially when you could go to Valhalla Bakery in Orlando proper.

best donuts ever

I came to a Disney World with my school's math team, and was saddened to know that there wasn't a day dedicated to going to Disney Springs, since it's comprised entirely of stores and restaurants. On the itinerary, it said that we would go to Disney Springs for our banquet on the last day, but there wasn't any extra time on the schedule to explore this area.

Thankfully, the buses were fairly early and efficient that day, so we had extra time that I used to look for the bakery, along with a couple of my non-vegan friends.

Upon arriving, I was met with a good-looking cashier, and even better looking baked goods. The baked goods looked so delicious, and there were plenty of options too! I didn't know what to choose... I got two donuts, the maple-glazed, and cookies and creme, and both tasted amazing.

My friends took a bite of both of the donuts and one replied in astonishment saying, "Are you sure that's vegan?"

TL;DR AMAZING. Eat their food. It's the best.

Pros: tasty, delicious, scrumptious

Fantastic vegan bakery

I recently went to this vegan bakery in Disney Springs and they had alot of items. And everything is gluten free and vegan. I had a giant Thin Mint cookie, a brownie cupcake with chocolate frosting, and a mint flavored cupcake top (which is only the top part of a cupcake). Everything tasted really great. I especially liked the Thin Mint cookie and brownie cupcake. I can't wait to go back and try more stuff!!

Pros: variety of gluten free, vegan desserts, convenient location - in Disney Springs, friendly staff

So disappointing

I was so excited to go as it is hard to find vegan desserts but unfortunately was so disappointed. Not only are the pastries overpriced, they look sloppy made and the doughnut and cupcake were dry. When I ordered the ice cream, I asked for sprinkles as I was told it was one of the options. They are not sprinkles but sugar crystals. I would definitely not recommend

Cons: Overpriced, Dry , Visually, Pastries look sloppy made

Disappointed

I was looking forward to visiting for months anticipating our trip to Disney, I was very disappointed. The cupcakes were very dense and the soft serve had almost a chalky texture.

AMAZING

I love this place!
I have a lot of allergies (gluten intolerance, nuts, etc.) and I'm vegan which means I almost never get to eat a really delicious pastry. This bakery is heaven for me.
I highly recommend it! I have never been disappointed.
Though I will say that the pastries are very sweet. Since going mostly unprocessed, I definitely notice that more than before.
Anyway, I just want to thank this bakery for existing.

Finally a Vegan Gluten Free Bakery in Disney Springs!

When you have a gluten allergy or are vegan and you see everyone around you indulging in pastries and donuts and yummies, you feel bad that you can't have any - So now all gluten allergy sufferers and vegans - you can enjoy tasty treats in the middle of Disney Springs. I had the lemon blueberry teacake and it was delightful! I also bought a onion and garlic bagel which I enjoyed with Daiya cream cheese the next day for breakfast and although a bit crumbly which is natural of GF baked goods, it really wasn't too shabby. Everything else looked good and I wanted to order everything and the bakers were really nice.

Pros: gluten free, vegan

Good enough

It's nice to have something naughty while wandering Disney springs. And apart from lots of pasta and an 'accidentally' vegan hot dog none of the Disney parks offer much so it's nice to see this place. They had a lot of choice and over two weeks we visited twice. The first time we had some brownie cupcakes and the second a doughnut for breakfast. I have tasted a lot fresher and lighter made vegan cakes do these weren't amazing in comparison to some but we're fine and like I said, nice to have a treat

Pros: lots of choice , ok prices

Cons: Could taste better

Good for a Birthday

I went here last year for my birthday with my family. I was excited to be able to go somewhere and get a Vegan, Gluten Free cupcake. This place is in Downtown Disney. I've been to Downtown Disney numerous times over the years and I know to expect crowds and a lot of activity, making things very hectic. The reason I'm saying this is because with that in mind, the shop location within Downtown Disney was hard to find. We passed it twice. It's very tucked in and the signage is horrible. Once inside, the space is small, but doable to order and leave to go sit outside. All of this being said, my cupcake was awesome. I'm the baker in the family and it was nice to be able to have someone else bake the specialty Vegan, Gluten Free treats for me for a change. The cake was dense but fairly moist and the frosting somehow tasted like a yummy cream cheese-like frosting. Each person in my family ordered a different flavor and everyone was satisfied with their cupcakes. Overall, I had a great experience here and I'll probably go here again for my birthday. Or you know, just when I'm in the area ;)

Pros: Gluten Free Treats, All Vegan

Cons: Small Shop

OK but not great

I love that there is a vegan bakery in this area and that they supply to some of Disney's resorts and parks as well. Some of their pastries are really good like their coffee crunch donut and the samoa donut. The French Toasty cupcake is a must try as well! Their cupcakes and breads, however, are not so great. The cinnamon roll was hard as a rock. I actually threw it away. Their pumpkin bread and banana nut bread tasted like diet food. Just because something is vegan and gluten-free doesn't mean it should taste like something your diabetic grandmother would eat The cupcakes taste like a refrigerated stale piece of dry cake. The frostings are bland and have an odd aftertaste. The only exception being the French Toasty. However, I've only seen that flavor twice. That brings me to my other main issue...low inventory. I've gone in early in the morning, mid afternoon, and evening. No matter the time of day their options are very limited. They might have a few donut flavors, only one cupcake flavor, and maybe two breads. Or two cupcake flavors and one donut. The case always looks so empty. Overall, this bakery is just OK. Whenever I'm in DS I will stop by and grab a donut because I want to support businesses that don't exploit animals. However, they have a lot to improve on!

Pros: All Vegan, Disney Passholder Discounts

Cons: Expensive, Inconsistent Inventory , Dry

All vegan bakery

Coffee cake and cookies are a solid 5 stars. Donuts and cupcakes are great options but there are better in existence.
Try a veggie biscuit.

Pros: All vegan!, Coffee cake can't be beat.
