Meh - Edit
Once I got over the excitement of a fully vegan bakery I have to say it's a bit hit or miss. I want to love it but I find the texture uneven and pastries depend. I do really like the tiramisu ... nice and moist. Very pricey too.

Expensive and overly sweet - Edit
Was far too sweet for my taste, and the doughnuts were pretty disappointing for the price. $22 for 3 items is extortionate

Just okay - Edit
Love that this is a fully vegan bakery and there are lots of options to choose from.
Read moreI got something like a ho ho cupcake. The cake itself was a bit dense and a tad dry, but I liked the chocolate ganache frosting and the coconut-y cream filling was decent.
My husband got a chocolate chip cookie sandwich. Oddly the filling had the consistency of toothpaste with a slight mint flavor. Not what we were expecting so it was a little off-putting. He also got a maple donut which was pretty good!
Pros: All vegan bakery, Large selection
Cons: Selections are hit or miss

Bakery Makery Cakery - Edit
One table and a counter and some outdoor benches at this bakery, which at this time, is Larchmont Village's only vegan business. Some of the staff are vegan and they are all extremely underpaid, I don't know what they make, but it should be doubled immediately be cause the young ladies and gentlemen of this fine shop deserve their just desserts as well.
Read moreEverything is gluten free if that's yer thing, not mine but didn't mind, I'm clearly here for the sugar. Overflowing with sweetness I enjoyed a coffee and this cup of cake and cookies which was a fantastic jumpstart to my day.

Expensive for what you get - Edit
I only tried a few items, but they were all way too sweet. The primary flavor was just sugar. Could be that there are some better tasting pastries on the menu. The bakery was also packed, and it took a long time to be served.

Gluten Free and Vegan - very sweet! Lots of choices! - Edit
Best Vegan and Gluten free baked goods I have ever tried! I am vegan but I know I miss the richness of desserts made with dairy sometimes but these desserts do not deprive you of that. The treats still have a lot of flavor and sweetness for a vegan option! The sweet taste is not artificial at all! All desserts taste really fresh and healthy! The desserts even stay relatively fresh after a day or so ordering them! I have tried and highly recommend the coffee and chocolate crumb cakes, the iced lemon loaf, the iced brownie, the chocolate chip cookies with vanilla icing, the eclair ( it did have mint taste when I tried it I wasn't expecting!), and the chocolate chip banana loaf! All were 10/10!

Worst customer service - Edit
This place deserves one star but they automatically add two.
Read moreWorst customer service. I placed an order two days prior for a vegan and gluten free pumpkin pie for a Friendsgiving, when I arrived they had it sealed and packed for me. Later when I pull out the dessert, they gave me the wrong pie and I got an apple crisp instead. Completely wrong pie and my girl friend couldn’t Even eat it due to an allergy. Really disappointed. It was too late to call as they were closed so I called the first thing the next morning.
Linda the manager first tried to reprimand me as to why I didn’t call sooner and didn’t offer any sort of apology or seemed concerned at all and finally offered me a $45 gift card to come back. I asked for a refund as they gave me the completely wrong order and said I shouldn’t have to pay for a pie I didn’t want and she said that Erin McKenna herself told her she could only offer me a gift card to come back. And that’s completely un acceptable.
I refuse to give them any more business after how rude and careless they were. And it really makes me wonder what precautions they take against COVID-19 and what sanitary conditions they operate under if they don’t Even care to check the orders or rectify a situation where they were in the wrong. The least they could do is take ownership and not throw the fault back on me. I will never shop here again. And to top it off the apple pie was dry, over cooked and lacked flavor.

Pricey and dry - Edit
This place is cool and super hype. It’s adorable and the staff is friendly. Good variety and options too. When I tried the tiramisu and the cupcake though, I was a little disappointed in how dry and crumbly it was. I had higher expectations.

Vegan bakery but not my taste - Edit
This vegan bakery offers many treats based on almond: donuts, éclairs, cupcakes, etc. I tried the éclair and the donut. They were good the first bites but the dough is mainly made of almond which make them a bit stodgy at some point. It was not really my cup of tea. However, drinks were as I like, especially the chai. On the whole, I found that prices were a bit high for what you get, but the place is pleasant and the staff is nice. So give it a try, except if you don't like almond.

Yummy Vegan Caramel! - Edit
I don't know what it is with me and caramel, but I LOVE it! I haven't been able to find a good vegan caramel topping where I live, so when I tasted their buttery, decadently rich, homemade caramel I was floored. It was positively divine. I had the swirl soft serve, which I topped with the caramel. The vegan ice cream was nothing to write home about, but that caramel sauce is everything!! I wish they sold it by the jar.
Read moreI wasn't impressed with the customer service. The girl working there was on the verge of being rude with her snarling facial expressions, as if our presence was an annoyance. She needs an attitude check.
I would not rule out giving it another shot. I'd like to try some of their baked goods next time, may topping them with caramel sauce as well.
Pros: the best vegan caramel sauce
Cons: rude employee, expensive, parking

I've been here a couple of times and both times the service and deserts were excellent. The only thing is that they are a little pricey. I understand there is additional cost in converting recipes to vegan but the portion sizes are just a bit small for the price.
