Soooooo worth it! - Edit
The price is a little bit high but not out of the ordinary for Iceland.
Read moreWe went here a few times and the pastries are great! Super flavourful and addictive!
The staff are lovely and it’s a cute place.
Coffee was average and you also have to wait awhile for a table when it’s busy as it’s small.
Plenty of vegan options including muffins, sweet and savoury scones, scrolls, cakes, plant milks for coffees, iced tea and some other drinks. And then of course the bagels which we didn’t get to try but looked delicious!
Pros: Taste, Quality, Service
Cons: Coffee quality, Not enough tables

Great for a Quick Breakfast - Edit
Front door has a "Meet Us Don't Eat Us" anti-whaling sticker on the door. Very cool! Especially considering there's a restaurant a block away that serves whale meat, I was impressed by the sticker.

Clean, cute, delicious - Edit
This restaurant was empty when I went to eat, and the owner pointed out everything I could eat. There were so many options, and I got a lot of food with a bagel sandwich upgrade (cookie, bagel/avo/pesto sandwich, latte with a bit of cake). I paid 2100ISK total which isn't too bad for Reykjavík prices.

Emilie and the Cool Kids - Edit
Very lovely coffee shop offering loads of vegan options, sweet and savory. I unfortunately wasn’t able to try the bagel sandwiches because they were out of vegan bagels. I was unable to eat anything sugary so early in the morning so I went with a tea, which was still very lovely. The tea also came with a very small piece of a cinnamon roll (vegan), which was delicious. I would definitely stop by here again in the future and hope to try one of their delicious sounding bagels. The cinnamon rolls are also worth trying. Lovely staff too.

Where the heck is my tea! - Edit
Ordered a chai latte and an Americano. They straight up gave us milk with a tea bag plopped in. First time ever that I got it with the tea bag. Kind of gives a lazy feel to it. The bag said wait 5 minutes, which we did. Afterwards the chai latte still only tasted like milk... The Americano was better, but didn't taste like it should. Normally it's 2 espressos and then add water. Straigh up tasted like 2 espressos without water, although the taste of the coffee was good. It would be a great bakery though. A lot of vegan pastries and salty snacks, but it feels like the staff just doesn't know how to make the drinks. Or since it's a chain, maybe weird corporate rules to make drinks

Lots of vegan options - Edit
Lots of options for vegans! About 50% of the baked goods are vegan, they also have vegan milks and vegan bagels. The interior is very cute. Coffee quite strong. Also got a raspberry roll which was really delicious! Only downside was that the chai latte we ordered tasted just like plain milk.

Nice bagels - Edit
I enjoyed the bagels and cookies here. The coffee was not great and it came with a non-vegan cookie piece even though we had ordered fully vegan food and vegan milk. The cafe is very busy so expect to wait for a coffee. I would personally recommend the almost fully vegan cat cafe nearby instead. Nicer drinks, nicer atmosphere and everything is vegan (unless you would like cows milk).

So many vegan options! - Edit
I was really impressed by the amount of vegan options on offer here. They have a great range of both sweet and savoury items as well as coffee. I had the vegan soup of the day which was carrot (delicious!!) and a coffee with oat milk. Both really lovely and I hope to be able to return to try some of the sweets before the end of my stay in Reykjavik.

So many pastry options and they taste delicious! - Edit
They have pretty good vegan bagels and the pastries are delicious. Pretty sure it has the most variety of goodies in Iceland and they also change regularly so there’s always something new to try. Some things are gluten free as well and the price is fair. They have soup of the day that’s vegan. Very relaxed and cozy atmosphere.
