Vish and Chips by the sea!

Great vegan options on the prom in Hunstanton. The vish and chips were really good - I think they use a quorn fish fillet or similar in their vegan batter, but it tastes great. Expect long queues in summer, so get down there early!

The best vegan fish & chips! 🙌

The Sutton and Sons banana blossom fish & chips may win the beauty contest but EllMacks 'vod & chips' wins the taste award by far! It's the closest thing I've had to fish in over 30 years and I had to keep checking with my husband that it definitely wasn't fish! Cannot recommend enough.
They have a whole vegan menu to choose from including battered sausage. Overlooking the sea with the seagulls flying above, it's as authentic as a seaside fish and chip experience can be. Loved it! Deserves five stars but only allowing me to give four..

Amazing vegan fsh n chips!

I had the Vod and chips with vegan curry sauce and it was so so good! The chips were just how I like them - chip shop style. My bf had the battered ve sausage and cheezey chips which were also really good. You won't find them at the location listed, it's on the seafront.

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Proper chips, Eco packaging

Cons: None

Delicious vegan fish and chips

This is pretty much the only place my partner and I eat now when visiting Hunstanton as it’s just so tasty!! Great location on the beach front, superb choices and lovely staff.

The best

First vegan battered sausage and vegan battered 'fish' and chips absolutely hit the spot for us.
We came back on our last evening of our holiday (Friday) and they were shut! At 5.30! Absolutely gutted! So yeah beware. They may not be open so don't get your hopes up!

Lovely food

Visited today and had the battered sausages and chips. Unfortunately they had ran out of vegan cheese. The sausages are Linda McCartney ones and were cooked lovely. Will return on our next visit

Pros: Vegan options

Cons: Little more pricey , Foam cartons

Vegan , zero waste

Little van on the promenade, the only one that we could see that did a nice vegan menu. They do cook other non vegan food but the selection of vegan things were great. We had the vegan fish and chips along with a vegan sausage and both were delicious. Everything it was served in was zero waste with wooden forks . Really nice people serving .

Pros: Lots of vegan items , Zero waste , Great prices

Cons: Charges for ketchup

Friendly staff, excellent Fsh n chips

We turned up just before closing and the owner was shutting up. We explained that we had come especially for the vegan food and the opened up for us! Lovely couple who couldn't do enough. Food was spot on so you never need to feel like you're missing out on seaside grub. Can't recommend these people enough!

Pros: super accommodating staff, equivalent vegan menu, choice!

Cons: they close at 7pm!
