The restaurant is super cute and the food was amazing. We ordered a salad to share, the lasagne and poke bowl and were barely able to finish everything because it was more than we expected (but we still did, the food was just to good to leave it on the plate). We will definitely come back and eat our way through the menu a bit more. Would absolutely recommend it!

I put 4 stars because it's vegan and I love that, and food is fine, service is very good! But... Food could be much nicely presented and better tasting. Burrito was good size and consistent but lacking in funky flavours. Jackfruit burger was also lacking flavour, as another reviewer says, it could use a better sauce (12€ for the sandwich and some nachos, that's expensive.) . Good luck 🤞

El Med Veg is a small place but with a lot of choice for vegans! The menu changes from time to time and there's also a weekly special. There are raw salads (several options with zoodles), "fast-food" options like burger or burrito, curries, pasta dishes.... The eggplant-lasagna seems to be their signature dish and is really amazing. Everything else was also very good! Also have desserts, like vegan Tiramisu, or the "Cheesefake" - not to be missed!

This restaurant is run by amazing Italian chefs and offer a small but very interesting vegan menu that changes from time to time. We went multiple times and everything was delicious. We had one of the best burgers ever, a jackfruit pulled pork bocadillo, and lentil pulpettas/meatballs. The food is very sophisticated but the atmosphere is casual and it's affordable.

Order anything and you will not be disappointed. The burger is great with a nice and juicy home made mushroom 🍄 patty. The lasagne is delicious as well and the salads as a starter are great. They offer a weekly menu as well, which are also a great option. The desserts are amazing 🤤

I had the menu of the day, which was marinated Tempeh curry with almonds and rice. My gf had the hamburger. Both fine choices and the food tasted good. Not excellent, but good. We made a reservation but upon arrival no table was free. Granted, we were about 10 minutes later due to traffic and finding a parking spot. The place is small, only space to host about 8-10 people at a time. We waited about 25 minutes before a space opened up, sitting outside on the curb with a drink.

After all, that's what makes a hamburger stand out from any other bun with a patty and some veggies in between. There was sauce, but very subtle. Lots to win there.
This place opened about 9 months ago (at the time of writing) so they might still be figuring stuff out. It is a nice, small, cozy and light place with healthy food for veg/vegans so that's super nice. But I've defo had better, also on Tenerife.
Pros: attentive staff, vegan/veggie is main purpose, not an afterthought, small setting

A lovely little place with tasty vegan food and friendly staff. There's lots to choose from, including some new things they've added to the menu such as a poke bowl and burrito. They also have some desserts to choose from, I went for tiramisu which was yummy 😋 the only all vegan place in the town which is a big pro!! Not loads of seating but they do takeaway also.
