Great spot with lots of options - Edit
A nice spot outside of the main town area offering a good range of vegan options. Initially we went there to get a takeaway vegan pizza, but unfortunately they had run out of vegan cheese earlier in the week, so we decided to eat in and opt for something else. There were several options to go for, we went for the Guacamole at the Table (for 2 people) which was prepared fresh at your table which was a nice touch, and also a Portobello Mushroom burger which had a nice texture and flavour. We also had 1 Basil-Lemon lemonade (highly recommended) and 1 Passion fruit-Ginger-Lemon lemonade which was also nice.

It's on the way to La Fortuna waterfall and close to El Salto ropeswing. It's beautifully decorated. Parking is available for free. Staff is friendly and can speak English. Vegan food is clearly marked. Tap water is free (safe to drink).

We went twice: the portobello burger was delicious, the fries were not my favorite but okay. The 2nd time I got the mushroom sandwich with salad.
It's a quite a nice place to eat, would recommend. Regular 10% service fee added to the bill.

Este espacio estaba cerca de nuestro hogar temporáneo. Fuimos a cenar una noche y quedamos con un encanto total. El servicio es grato y amigable. Las opciones son varias y muy deliciosas. Nos agradó mucho el arreglo natural del restaurante. El patio y el ambiente verde de plantas crea un aire y una energía sin igual. Recomendado.

Excellent vegan finds in La Fortuna. Would give it 5 stars if I could. We had the burger and pizza. Both exceeded our expectations and were delicious! This was our first time here and we will definitely be back!

Best vegan food in La Fortuna - Edit
We were so happy to find tasty vegan food while traveling here! After trying a few restaurants in the area I can say this one is the best for vegan food. Very reasonably priced as well considering the high quality of their food. We went back twice and tried the multiprotein burger, portobello burger and pad thai. All were awesome but my very favourite thing was the passionfruit ginger lemonade. Wow I need to figure out how they made that! Highly recommend!

You can tell that they truly care about serving vegans/ vegetarians. I loved the multitude of options available here. It was hard to narrow it down. We got the falafel burger which I thought was yummy but I am not a huge fan of fried foods - although the tofu mayo was super yummy. My favorite dish was my partners, he got the vegan chaufa with extra sautéed vegetables w/ sweet plantain. The food here was so filling and delicious. Would recommend in a heart beat!

I had the multiprotein burger with salad. It was filling and tasty. The bun was homemade, but a bit dry. The meal was a bit pricy, but so is everything in the area. We came early around 5 pm and we are glad we did as there was a huge line-up when we left.

We came here twice. The multiprotein and falafel burgers were great. The veggies pizza was also great. The mushroom bowl was NOT good (mushrooms were ridiculously salty from too much soy sauce and not enough quinoa to dilute that saltiness with. Rest of salad and beans in the bowl were unseasoned and dressing didn't really go with soy sauce mushrooms. I was still hungry bcz not enough quinoa/calories). Anyway, still a great place to have a vegan meal. Just don't recommend the mushroom bowl.

Best vegan burger I’ve ever had! - Edit
This restaurant has both vegan and non-vegan options, which is a plus if you’re dining with others who may not be vegan yet ;). I got the multiprotein burger with fries. It is a “lentil patty with quinoa, tofu, peanut, potato and onions, tofu mayonnaise, lettuce and tomato”. I chose French fries for my side but soup and salad were also options. The buns are house made and soooo good! The restaurant is outside of the main part of the city on a quiet street. I would give my meal 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and my non vegan friend gave his non-vegan meal 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ as well.

Tasty and colourful - Edit
Nice service and a good atmosphere sets this restaurant apart. Although on the outskirts of Fortuna, there were queues of people who hadn’t booked - so either book or come early. I had the vegetable skewers and a falafel burger, both of which were excellent and well presented. The drinks were good too. I must try and avoid being the designated driver on such evenings.
