This place did not disappoint it was everything I wanted in Mexico and more. The Mexican gastronomy here is incredible. It's easy to see how this once food truck became a brick and mortar. Do yourself a favor and try the pibil and pastor it's to die for. The Torta milanesa was cooked to perfection. These truly brought me back to the OG flavors of authentic Mexican cuisine.Simply put these were the best tacos, and tortas I have ever had and I'm a Californian Mexican American that frequently travels to Mexico to visit family, and my mother has owned a Mexican restaurant for many years now, but I will be dreaming of this food until we meet again. Also, the service here was outstanding and the art was cheeky!

This place is AMAZING! If you love tacos you’ve got to go if you’re in Tulum! I ate 3 different tacos (carnitas de setas, milanesa, and de soya) and also the pambazo and the huarache. Everything was fantastic! The flavors were deep and developed and there were tons of salsas and other toppings. It’s super chill! Plus there’s a vegan store attached to it so you can get snacks and other provisions. Everyone was really friendly too!

Cheap, delicious, animal-rights centric decor. Great place to bring non-vegans. I have officially tried every item on the menu including the dessert which was truly surprising. As a bean lover, I wish they would offer a burrito option but that’s a minor gripe, keep on doing your think El Bajón!

Not many meat-imitative vegan options in Mexico so this was a gem. Awesome flavors but not the most offerings for toppings so the tacos are quite plain. Highly recommend the pastor. Prices are great too.

We tried several tacos like chorizo rojo, chorizo verde, sunadero, chicharron, carnitas etc. The taste is really good and you can add coriander, onion, lime and sauces by yourself. But size is quite small for what you pay.

The tacos are very good; just the size is very small they don’t even served a double tortilla as normal taquerias do when using this small taco tortillas; if they can have beans as a side self serving that would make the tacos way more filling, or just using double tortillas would also do the job. I tried like 4 different tacos and all were good, ordered 6 and was still hungry. If you are very hungry and are a male; you would very likely need 10 tacos to get full/satisfied.
