Great location, amazing interior design. Had a burger with wedges patatoes. The burger wasn't that tasty as I expected it to be. But the fries were totally fine.

When it rhymes, you know it's true - Edit
Edgy veggy is a great name and a pretty great restaurant. To be honest, 10 euros for a small burger and chips seems a little pricy, but maybe it's because I was just in places like Bosnia and Kosovo. No complaints about the food or the service. There were friendly cats in front too.

Great Vegan Burritos - Edit
Nice fully vegan casual restaurant with take-away or eat-in options. Take-away took about 30min to prepare for 2 burritos. The ratio of veggies to protein was a bit off in our burritos but the flavor was still there nonetheless. Tried the snickers bar dessert which was only OK, I wouldn’t order it again. Friendly staff who speak English and reasonable prices.

Delicious - Not so Fast - Edit
We really liked the choices and enjoyed a burrito and very well done wedges. The oreo shake was also great. Nonetheless all cutlery was paper based which doesn't seem very sustainable and it took quite a while to prepare the food. Not too long but longer than exepected for fast food.
Read morePros: Many options, Tasty wedges
Cons: Normal preparation time - not fast food, Disposable cutlery

Good food, but not so sustainable - Edit
The food was amazing (take the Big Mac!!) but don't expect it to be "fast" food, we had to wait a while although there were only two other people in the restaurant. However, if you know that beforehand, I think it is a reasonable time to wait. The waiters were super friendly as well! I subtract one star as they only have one-way products for all their food and drinks which is quite wastefull, although at least it is all made from paper.

Lovely venue just off the main strip of restaurants.

Decent sized menu
We opted for the Vopper and the GRJLLzilla. They only had gluten free buns on our visit but this didn’t detract too much.
The GRJLLzilla was my favourite as the vegan “pulled beef” was a highlight.
Both were ordered with wedges
Pros: Nice sized menu, Helpful staff, Decent seating inside
Cons: Limited outside seating

Stunningly delicious junk - Edit
Man, I wish we had one of these in the States.
Read moreEdgy Veggy definitely scratches an itch that most vegans will encounter while traveling abroad. Too often, vegans are limited to either a couple afterthought items on a non-vegan menu or smoothies and chia seed pudding at the nearest health food bar. But after smelling so many intoxicating street food stands during my time in Sofia, I found myself craving something a little greasier.
Edgy Veggy nails that in a cute and classy way. The 100% vegan menu has junk food staples like quesadillas, burritos, hot dogs, shakes, and burgers (I got the Grillzilla, which features a pile of pulled beef, melted yellow cheese, mayo, and jalapeños). There are also a couple of lighter items, like salad, to balance things out. Everything we tried was filling, moist, and delicious.
The interior and exterior dining areas are adorable, with bright carrot-themed murals and potted plants all around. The tiny restaurant just feels super clean and modern in every way.
No vegan in Sofia should miss this one.
Pros: All vegan menu with a variety of junk food staples, Cute atmosphere , Free wi-fi
Cons: A little pricey by local standards

Expensive and small burger - Edit
Came here for lunch try their vegan burgers and was disappointed as they have really high reviews.
Read moreTried their Whopper Burger with beyond meat and though it was alright it was very small and nothing special. I liked that you could decide which patty you wanted and decide on gluten-free bread (cost extra) but that's about it.
The waiter also felt a bit tired. If I would come back I would definitely try something else as their Whopper felt overpriced.
