I have tried both the Classic and the Rudimental burgers, as well as the new "chicken" burger. Where the Rudimental tastes too "pickled" for my taste, the Classic burger with a Beyond Meat patty, is really good. I will recommend that. And the "chicken" burger is also good, however I recommend to order it without slaw and pickles.
Read moreI think the pickled issue is much a matter of taste. And they also inform about the pickles in the burger, so you are aware of it.
Another minor issue is how they construct the menus. Instead of the usual (and IMO) preferable Main Dish Side Drink, they go Main Dish Side Another Side, and no drinks. I don't know about you, but I prefer drinks for my food :)
But all in all, I recommend eden jaxx.

Don’t order “burger bowl” - Edit
If you hungry don’t order the “burger bowl”, it’s basically salads. You will not be satisfied. Take the classical/regular one, they are tasty.

I took the classic and the garden burger. The classic burger is delicious, the buns are unbelievable. They are from a nearby backery and trust me, you'd like to try them. i didn't pay attention but the garden has a celery patty ; it was a bit too sweet to my taste ;

I had the Original, with coleslaw, seasoned fries and their own BBQ sauce. The Original comes with the beyond patty, amongst the unique symphonic tones eden jaxx composes in its burgers.
Read moreThe burger is good, with a nice signature sauce, onions, gurken, salad and tomato. However, the beyond patty is too dominant, and not necessarily in a good way. It shadows the beautiful combination of flavors that the burger otherwise offers. I knew the taste of the beyond patty was going to be and will need to blame myself for choosing the original.
The seasoned fries were definitely a highlight, together with their own bbq sauce. The coleslaw was good, and refreshing..possibly too refreshing and I would almost suggest to have it as a digestive once you’re done investing yourself into the burger and fries.
The joint is petite, a little cold; but cozy, staff are approachable, yet a bit tight lipped.
I definitely recommend this place, their menu is quite diverse and has flavors for everyone.

Read moreIf we HAD to say something not totally flattering about this place (not something that merits a loss of stars, mind you), it would be the following:
1. The burgers was quite juicy, and they would have been easier to eat without making a mess (and destroying them), if they'd been wrapped somehow or perhaps a wooden skewer in the middle..
2. Købmagergade is probably one of the most disgusting streets in Copenhagen in all its capitalist, superficial, and consumerist splendour. However, We sort of understand the need for exposure, and, the need to try (and support) this wonderful concept had us make an exception and visit this place. So happy we did, and thank you for good eats.
