I visited this place a month or so ago, and unfortunately had the worst burger of my life. Since I can tell from the reviews that this is normally a good place I'm hoping it was just a bad day... I had a mushroom burger which was uniformly soggy, mushy and completely tasteless. I couldn't finish it.

Eden Jaxx. Sounds a bit like a fictional game character to me. I loved this place. To stay in gaming terms: It was next level. Burgers looked a bit small, but don't let it fool you. They are filling and super tasty! The staff was lovely.

My first meal out in Copenhagen and this was disappointing. A real lack of care with the food. I had the salad bowl and lettuce was dying and shouldn't have been served (see picture).

Fries lacked seasoning.
It's a pity as the menu reads really tasty but my suspicion is they have the wrong chef executing.

Called here for lunch whilst in Copenhagen. It was a busy Saturday lunchtime and no seats available but that didn't matter as our rental was just around the corner. Between us we had 3 different burgers and dips and the kids nuggets. All were great. Busy, yes, but couldn't fault the service or the quality of the food.

I love vegan burger chains, they can provide an easy/fast/tasty meal that brings some comfort. While at Copenhagen, I had one of my lunches at Eden Jaxx, and the Burger was quite good, and so were the fries. The salad and the shakes we're just okish, nothing spectacular but also far from being bad, I was just expecting it to be as good as the burger for the price (it's quite expensive for what it is).

Fries were good seasoned and burgers were perfectly messy and delicious.
The burger sauce was good too, but I didn’t love the chili mayo cause it actually didn’t taste like mayo.
Also the menu was a little bit high priced and the insides seating capacity’s limit were 5 tables.
But all in all I give 4 stars.
PS: dogs are welcome, which I and my small friend really appreciated 👌🏼🐕

Food and staff were awesome,but I do not understand why they can't have a dishwasher and serve food in plates. They have enough workers to do this. They serve the food on apparently recycled cardboard and paper. It could be worse on plastic, and I appreciate it, but there is no need to cut down trees. Even though the cardboard is recycled, you can use it for other purposes.

The burger was delishhh!
The fries, although I had them after I finished the burger (they weren't as warm/hot) were still very very yummy and didn't get hard or chewy.
The basil sauce: 👌
I didn't have anything sweet but I'm looking forward to trying the nice cream & shakes. Amd the other burgers. 🤤
