fresh and tasty

We had lunch there. Since we both wanted something really fresh and crispy again, we ordered different salads. Both were very fresh and tasty and with many different ingredients. When you go to the toilet, you can see on the way the in-house sprout breeding, very likeable. Try the passion fruit kombucha and also the limonades are highly recommended, finally not completely over-swept! The homemade glaces taste mainly of coconut milk, but are still delicious. And the small shop is great, have bought a tasty hummus and organic coconut oil. Absolutely recommendable!

A vegan heaven

Had the Buddha Bowl and two scoops of ice cream for dessert - very delicious and fresh food - a bit more expensive than for example small local shops or food stalls but well worth a treat!

impressive place!

Beautiful place with a little shop attached, for all the Balilovers - THEY HAVE JAMU!! In small or big bottles (130baht for 750ml) ❤️, had a little herb salad, dressing was super tasty - definitely try some ice cream there!! (30Baht per scoop) - nice atmosphere!

Cozy and fresh, but not well-spiced

Reading all the outstanding reviews I came with high expectations. The place was indeed very cozy, and had an extensive menu.
Nevertheless, the mint tea I ordered was weak and the Buddha bowl itself looked beautiful and was bursting of fresh ingredients but unfortunately the dressing was so full of raw garlic and/or onion that it literally killed all the other nice flavors.
It left me with a long-lasting bad breath and a rather unpleasant feeling I usually don’t have after eating fresh vegan food.

Pros: cozy atmosphere, fresh ingredients, big menu

Cons: not well spiced (kinda ruined it all)

Impressive.

Yeah this is one of Pai's big hitters. There are better, but not many. Amazing drinks, good food, good choice, nice place to chat. The kombucha and the Indonesian tumeric drink were both mind-blowing. And I drink a lot of kombucha!

Pros: Menu range, The awesome drinks

Cons: Some staff can ocassionally be unpleasant.

Simply the best

This place is the best for vegans in town! Everything is so tasty, healthy and beautiful! The food is also super fresh and the portions are generous! I went there a few times and tried a lot of things and was always surprised how good it was! The tempeh sandwich, the buddha bowl, the springs rolls and the vegan ice-cream sandwich are my favorite! You have to go there while you are in Pai! :)

Pros: fresh and healthy food, not too expensive for the quality , super tasty

Best place in Pai for vegeterians/vegans

Went there twice and were very happy on both occasions. Try the vegan/GF waffles for breakfast and the buddha bowl for lunch. The juices are also really good and fresh. Atmosphere really cool, we loved it. A bit more expensive than other places but worth it.

My friend and I are travelling Thailand as vegans and let me just say. this is the best vegan food we've had here. Fresh, healthy and an incredible relaxing ambience and aesthetic. Friendly staff, loads of smiles all round.

Pros: Fresh, funky and delicious

Cons: It is the more expensive side of what we have foun

Lots of love for this place

We had high hopes for Pai in terms of vegan options but after exploring town and walking street didn’t see much so were a bit disheartened....until we found this place!

We went for breakfast and had the black rice pudding and the waffles with coffee and chai coffee. It was all amazing and we are planning to eat most of our meals here now.

Would be amazing if another location was opened in town as well.

Pros: food, options, atmosphere

Cons: hours, price

You can't dislike this place

From the outside it looks like there is nothing but inside it's vegan heaven! The atmosphere is very chilled and cool. Lots of nice places to sit and relax.
They have lots of vegan sweets and small health store with many healthy nutbutters, teas, etc.

Amazing healthy (almost) fully vegan menu: breakfast and lunch. Massive list of smoothies and (green) juices.

You won't get served: you take the menu and write down on a paper what you'd like to order. I like this idea because often in Thailand I found my food to be served incorrect but this system will prevent that.
I wish I had more time in Pai so I could try their entire menu because so far everything I tried tasted amazing.

Pros: Small health store, Many healthy options, Takeaway available

Cons: Bit expensive

PERFECT VEGAN RESTAURANT!!!

I've been searching for a restaurant like this and thought it only existed in my DREAMS!!

THE FOOD IS SO DELICIOUS. So many gluten free options. Sandwiches, Waffles.. we ate here for breakfast and lunch everyday in pai. The prices are worth it and the food is made with love. EVERYTHING is labeled vegan or gluten free, sometimes it's not gluten free because it's oats or soya sauce. TRY THE ICE CREAM!!! Buddha bowl was great and the Pesto sandwich (add tempeh) was delicious!! The super salad was quite small and not really filling for the price.

The waitress is great although I wish there was a little more love for loyal customers. The manager could come around and check on tables..

I love the vibe and the ambiance, sit with strangers or alone. Sit on the floor or at a table. Sitting in the garden is so perfect.

Has a bathroom, free wifi, and a health food store section.

I can't recommend this place enough. We tried everything on the menu that was vegan gluten free... so everything pretty much.. and we loved every meal!

accepts credit card with 3% surcharge.
Does takeaway

Pros: Amazing Ambiance, Delicious vegan food, menu & items are LABELED

Cons: far from walking street (rent a scooter), staff could be more friendly and inviting, not too many tables

everything was so tasty - especially the sweets

Loved that place. Can recommend the ice cream, waffle and raw cakes! We also had the pestosandwich and the buddha bowl. The pasta with tomatoesauce was a bit to sweet but had an interesting flavour as well.

Pros: many raw options, healthy stuff, no plastic

Go for waffles!

Large menu with lots of vegan options. The waffles were fantastic, loaded with fruit and the almond butter was amazing. Also try the rum and raisin ice cream.

BEST food ever!

I ate here twice during my stay in pai! The food is absolutely amazing! The ice cream they have is one of the best I have ever tasted. It's so creamy and flavorful. It's located near the white Buddha, so if you walk there, you can take a break at Earth Tone and get some nice refreshments.

Sublime waffles

Only managed to come here once (since it's a bit of a trek from the walking street and I didn't have a scooter). Had waffles with chocolate sauce and fruit - it was wonderful. Possibly the best vegan waffles I've had. Love the laid back vibes as well - this place is very Pai.

Pros: Delicious food, Good value, Laid back environment

Cons: None

Vegan Ice Cream!!

A really lovely semi-outdoor place with an extensive menu, and most items are vegan. When we were there they had 8 different flavours of vegan ice cream for 1$ (30 Baht) a scoop and the scoops were much larger than other places. For food we'd recommend the tempeh sandwich and the pasta dishes!

For those deciding between Art in Chai and Earth Tone, we found Earth Tone to have many more vegan options.

Me and my friend have been there nearly daily when we were in Pai for a week. Sometimes two times a day...
Amazing place, nice staff, beautiful little shop and the best menu!!!
So many delicious dishes!
And the best cake: banoffe pie! (Still thinking about it and it's been half a year I'm back home...)

All I can say: the best!

Waffles were yum

I made the trip here, it's a little out of town, but not too far. I ordered the waffles. They were super yummy. Heaps of vegan icecream flavours to choose from too. Overall, was really good. Groovy little cafe to hang in!

Just awesome!! except for..

I'm in love with this restaurant and their raw vegan banoffee pie..also had the gluten free vegan waffles with ice cream. The coconut vanilla and choc pb flavours were amazing, but the mulberry one was some what icy and sour.
there's one con to this restaurant.. they close at 5pm (and not open till 9:30 am) :( so do all the veggie restaurants in Pai. Don't ask me why!
That makes it harder to try all the good food before leaving Pai.

Pros: food made with love, healthy and delicous, friendly service

Cons: not open for dinner, open late in the morning (9:30)

heaven!

This beautiful cafe is surrounded by greenery, with a comforting, cozy set up.
We ordered the Walnut Marsala dip, Pesto pasta, waffles with fruit and n-ice cream, and raspberry cheesecake and it was all absolutely divine! Everyone was amazingly friendly and all very reasonably priced. There is a cute little grocery section in the store as well for natural care products and other random stuff! Loved it!
