Excellent Vegan Latin Food - Edit
So happy to have this place just down the road from me! The food is super tasty and the bang bang sauce is a must-have. I love the yuca fries, which remind me of the old way Pollo Tropical used to make them. The tostones and arepas are excellent. I’ll be eating my way through the menu here for sure! It’s maybe a tad pricey and the hours are limited, though those are issues for most restaurants right now.

This was my second visit and I’d say it was worth the drive from Fayetteville. The Yellow Bowl was delicious and the blueberry pancakes were delicious both trips.

The Yellow Bowl was delicious for lunch (although seriously overpriced for rice and Chickpeas). But the carrot cake was the worst cake I have ever tasted. Inedible.

We had a large group of about 15 people. We called ahead and let them know we’d be sitting outside and when we got there they were waiting and ready for us. They handled all our orders so smoothly and all our food came out so fast and hot. Everyone really enjoyed the food (and the 2 cake options) and it was such a nice experience. Nice staff and great service.

My husband and I were so excited to visit this place as it has great reviews, but unfortunately our experience was bad. Food wasn’t tasty; my mac and cheese were covered by oil, absolutely nothing special. After eating here, we both got sick.

I went to the Durham location last night after a bodybuilding competition and was so ready to feast. The entire order was at the table within 5 minutes! The bang bang cauliflower wings, nachos, and arepas are all incredible, as well as the Mac and cheese. The food is always consistent, too, I have been blown away every visit.

Everything that I tried was pretty bland. However, their sauces were actually good; the Garlic Tostones appetizer wouldn’t have been good at all if it weren’t for the bang bang sauce. The BBQ chicken was really just like BBQ rather than chicken. Doesn’t resemble chicken in any way. The rice & Mac were alright but just really bland. However, we were given free cookies!

Such a great variety of latin inspired vegan food. They have the best bbq cauliflower wings I've ever had, they've absolutely massive and fried to perfection. The cheesy-ness of their Mac n' cheese could be a bit better but that's the only nit I had.

I wasn’t sure if I should leave a review or not and decided to leave one. My daughter ordered food from here for me for Mother’s Day. It was close to $80 because we knew we would have left-overs the next day. We were traveling at least 30 minutes to get to the location… we started eating the food in the car and it tasted old, soggy and honestly not tasty or good. When I complained to the owner instead of being nice and taking criticism he acted like we were lying and he was very defensive. Narcissistic behavior… I’ve picked up vegan food one hour after it was done and it wás never soggy.. the Food was awful here and I wouldn’t recommend the Raleigh location. $80 down the drain…lesson learned.

I was so excited when this place opened up so close to me! I love their take on classic comfort food and latin american staples. Their mac is killer! I haven't found anything else that tastes this close to real cheese. It's so good that I was actually worried I was eating dairy the first time I ordered! My go-to is the buffalo cauliflower wings with mac and coleslaw with a side of maduros. Those come with their amazing bang bang sauce. I've also tried the nachos, which are amazing. The takeout containers are compostable, which is awesome, but they get soggy very quickly and the food starts to stick to the container if I don't hustle home after pick up. But honestly, the food is so good that you want to rush home anyway!

The past 2 times I have ordered take out from this location my food has been poorly made and cold. It is really disappointing because this place was my favorite! Hopefully they can get back on track soon.

How did I not know this place existed before?! The food here is delicious and super flavorful. I adore the yuca fries and the garlic tostanes DELIVERED on garlic. Bang bang sauce isn't usually my fave but theirs was such a great balance and the BBQ Arepa stole my heart 😍. Definitely coming back!
