Perfect - Edit
The outdoor patio had misters and a super soaker! My nephews had and amazing time and loved the kids cheezy nachos. The service was patient and friendly. The tacos on point! Had one of each and they were all delicious.

I’d recommend the crunchwrap - Edit
Service was friendly. The food was good but not amazing. I tried the tacos, which weren’t really my cup of tea, and the crunchwrap, which tasted better to me. I had churro donuts for desert and they were yummy. Overall not at the top of my list but I will probably come back here and give it a second shot.

No complaints really just good food. Wait I have a complaint! They moved from Tempe to Phoenix so now it's farther away.

Cute! - Edit
I ordered take out to my hotel and the food didn’t disappoint. The pink tacos and the Cali burrito were cute and delicious but my favorite item was definitely the crunch wrap. Also, everything was packaged super well!

Good Food But…. - Edit
UPDATE: They have moved to a new location, so hopefully many of my comments below no longer apply. I will update again after I’ve been there.

This is an updated review. Originally I went right after they opened. The food was great. Pricing was very reasonable. And, while pickup was unusual, I figured either I went at an off time or just needed to learn the process. I wanted to eat there but was a bit confused since there were no tables at the pickup area, so I ate in my car.
My second visit, I noticed the prices went up. No biggie. They may have underestimated their costs in the beginning. I ordered online. Pickup was only slightly less confusing. Again, the person handing customers their orders did not welcome me or engage at all, other than absolute minimum. This time I decided to walk around the building and see if the other door had tables. It did.
At 12:30pm on a weekend, I was the only one there (except flies that kept landing on my food). It was totally silent - no music playing or anything. It felt really awkward. I saw the tablets to place orders. There’s no one to ask if you had questions or to help if a tablet broke. When I ordered, there was a service fee and the site defaulted to I believe a 20% tip (you can change the amount).
Not the best experience. But the following weekend I wanted tacos and figured I’ll just eat them in the car. I went to order and saw the tacos I liked are now $6 and $6.25 a piece. Plus the service fee. Plus tip. It seems like a lot for the Tempe Food Court experience.
I closed the site and went elsewhere.

This place is so stinkin cute and ridiculously delicious. A whole in the wall restaurant that functions as a top tier hot spot. I loved it! Only thing missing is alcohol. 😳

I wasn't expecting anything other than your typical vegan tacos but the flavors in thus food really blew me away. I got the nacho fries, nacho avo taco, and chicky chicky bang bang taco. All were fully loaded and bursting with flavor.

Service was good, restaurant was cute - Edit
The restaurant was in a shady part of town but for good Mexican food, I wasn't going to let that stop me. There was ample parking, the inside of the restaurant was cute and the service was friendly. I really wanted to love the food but I didn't. It looked good but just wasn't for me or my husband and for that reason, we won't be going back. I wish them well though.
Read morePros: Food and plating is pretty, Outside seating available, Plenty of parking
Cons: Didn't like the taste of the food, Not enough shading for patio and no misters, A little bit of a fly problem inside

Love this place - Edit
I travel all over the US and love PHX because of the many vegan options. Dos Pink is sooooo good! I had them a few times when they were in the food court in Tempe and didn’t care for them but NOW?! It’s so much better and I love it!

Mixed feelings - Edit
Crunch wrap was amazing. Bean burrito was just ok, and corn was really disappointing --tasted like canned niblets. For the price, everything should have been amazing. Would get the crunch wrap again, and it is big enough for two meals.

Seriously the coolest little spot - Edit
Guys… their decor and pink theme is everything. They’ve just moved to this new location in the last 3 weeks and they’ve done such a good job at decorating it and making it feel welcoming and warm and social and etc. Even the toilet paper is pink. I’m not even kidding. It’s hilarious and adorable and the owner and her aunt are hilarious and so friendly. Everything about this place just oozes vegan feel-good vibes. Oh and did I mention that the food is FABULOUS? Seriously. It’s one thing to have a pretty pink bow on everything but the food is seriously delicious. They also do random events that support local farm sanctuaries so I love that. This is all around such a wonderful place and the food is divine. Please go. Go now.

Let me just say that I love how PHX is continuously working its way to becoming a force in the vegan world. Easily holding its weight against meccas like L.A. and NYC. Dos Pink Tacos is another disk on the barbell.

X-FACTOR CRUNCHWRAP
I omitted queso, crema, and tomates. Delicioso! 10/10 would order again.
NOT YOUR AVO TACO
Very flavorful taco and my favorite one out of the ones I tried.
FRIES
deliciously seasoned and coated
STREET CORN
no cheese. Very good
Sauces - I'm saucy so I tried several of their offerings. Thousand Island sauce, DPT Secret Sauce, Chipotle Crema. All sauces were delicious.
WAP taco (sans crema, cheese, or tomate) was good.
Carne Azada and Chicky Chicky Bang Bang were just ok to me.
I didn't care for their tortilla chips at all.
My friend's chalupa looked amazing!! Can't wait to go back to try that.
Service was excellent. I'll definitely return to try more items (chalupa!) and to repeat order that crunchwrap.

Very good - Edit
I got the tostadas with chili lime chicken which was good and plenty of food and my husband got the crunch wrap which I liked better. I’m a sucker for street corn and it was good and tangy. I can’t say it was amazing but it was very good and would go again.

I didn’t try the tacos as I feel $5/taco is kinda a ripoff. I got the cali burrito, crunch wrap, and chalupa. Everything tasted good. Nothing was incredible or anything, but definitely some good, quick food especially if that’s what you’re in the mood for

I got the cali burrito, chalupa, and donuts to share. I added jalapeños and pickled onions to both the burrito and chalupa. Flavor was good and the meal was filling, splitting both in half. The churro donuts were nice; crunchy on the outside and cakey in the middle.

Yum - Edit
The Crunchwrap is great! There’s a good variety on the menu. The downside is pricing - this is what one would expect from a sit down restaurant with staff taking your order, cleaning tables, etc. This place is in a food court where you order off a tablet and wait for a text that the food is ready. Hopefully this place is able to get their own restaurant.
