Impossible Shop ghost kitchen inside

The Impossible Shop has a ghost kitchen inside of this place, featuring burgers, chili fries, and a breakfast burrito that are all fully vegan. The breakfast burrito was a good size, and is honestly one of the best I’ve had outside of my own kitchen. It has Just Eggs, Beyond sausage, hash browns, caramelized onions, avocado, tomato, and a chipotle crema. SO GOOD. I don’t think it was $19 worth of good, but probably the best vegan breakfast anywhere within 50 miles.

Plant based options

Good plantabased sausages. Only a few selections and a bit pricy but it was delicious

Burgers and Beer!

Would have given this place a 5 star but they are not fully vegan. Has vegan options made in a separate ghost kitchen. My favorite is the Impossible Burger (no cheese), tots and a tall beer. Nice staff, affordable food, good music and fun atmosphere.

Not really plant based, but good for vegetarians

The menu has lots of vegetarian options, including the impossible burger and veggie dogs. I’ve had these years ago at a different location when I was vegetarian, and they are very yummy. However, even if you request no cheese, no aioli, and no other toppings that might not be vegan, their buns are all King’s Hawaiian bread. They contain milk and eggs, and therefore NOT vegan. So, a total bummer for those that truly follow a plant based diet. Their menu is incorrect/misleading with such title. It should say “vegetarian” instead of “plant based.” I wish they had other bread options.

Pros: Lots of vegetarian options

Cons: No truly vegan options

Some great options

When I visited they were giving Beyond Sausages away free for the first 50 customers. Great way to promote Vegan options. I usually request the Impossible Burger no cheese with extra pattie ($3.50 extra).

Pros: Only place in the AV for Impossible burger , Section of menu for plant based food, Great happy hour for Tater tots and beer
